We are using this product for almost 5years now. Build quality is too good and display clarity is good It gives exact weight compared to airlines/airport weighing scales. Battery life is good, We had changed the battery only after 3yrs. Easy to carry and less weight

Only reason for 4 stars is that you need to hold it steady to get the exact weight, but overall it works well and is useful for frequent travelers.
