I first came across Smoove lube in South Africa when I was there for Cape Epic . I have tried all kinds of lube but was never happy with it’s longevity. Waxing a chain is probably the best all round , but it’s labor intensive. With Smoove lube , I did a very good clean then applied the lube . I let it stand overnight and did another application the next day , letting it stand for a few hours . The lube dries to a wax like finish . The chain was quiet , gear shifts where way smoother and the chain stayed clean . I can go for 3or 4 good rides without reapplying, then I only do a quick maintenance lube . Very impressed with it and happy to be able to get it in the US . The new applicator is also great .

Works really good!! It is long lasting! I have already gotten over 200 miles on the bike chain and it is still going strong. On the other lubes I have I can barely get 125 miles before it wears out and I have to relube. This stuff is really good. I highly recommend!

This is great lube! It needs to be applied with to an extremely clean chain/drivetrain, but it's worth the effort. It's super slick, great in wet weather or dry, and lasts a long time. It's a bit pricey, as chain lubes go, but then, chain lubes are pretty cheap, as cycling gear goes. This is definitely worth the few extra bucks

One star for the terrible applicator on this bottle, they need to send the guy who signed off on that thing to rehab. I don't even care how well the lube is going to perform, this applicator bottle is one of the worst things I've ever used for any application. I got more lube on my bike and driveway than on the chain - which I guess is great for SMOOVE but extremely frustrating for me especially since I had just fully washed my bike. I don't know why someone felt the need to reinvent the wheel but the applicator makes it impossible to see what's happening and it's either overlubricating or failing to lubricate each link, totally horrendous, I found the best way to try to use it was to hold it an inch or two above the links and lightly squeeze a drop onto each link, as is tradition.

Long lasting product, GREAT applicator that applies the product only to where it needs to go, saving mess and product used. Wax lasts many hundreds of miles . Easily the best product short of all the time and effort required to use a Silca wax system.

There are several available types. I like this applicator, and so far, the chain is doing well.

Works really well and has no greasy drip but keeps chain well lubed.

Applicateur facilitant l'application,plus jamais d'huile pour chaine.Remettre la cire plus souvent environ 300 km,mais tellement facile.Appliquer la veille est préférable.
