It's not necessary to get but it's all leather goodness. I would like it to have a pen slot on the top or bottom. Nice sturdy leather but supple and lays flat when open. Would love to have a slot for docs or cards on the back

It’s a nice logbook to keep tracking of the hours while I’m doing the PPL. However, for the price that I paid for it, I was expecting better quality. It’s just as advertised, but it has a couple of details.

I like the quality but I didn’t realize there was only 4 logbook entries per 2 pages I couldn’t fit all my ppl training in 1logbook. But I still keep it to hold my license and medical.

The layout of the pages are a little frustrating … everything else is fine

Book inside the cover is poor quality. Only useful as a private pilot, with low hours. Would not recommend unless you just want a leather cover.
