This face wash healed my skin. I have struggled with acne, oily skin and dry patches for years, from pre-teen up through adulthood. In my 20-30’s cystic acne was pretty bad. I have tried everything - changing my diet, chasing fads, increasing hydration, cutting things out of my diet, over the counter to prescription strength topicals, even at one point trying antibiotics and even switching birth control to try to fix it. The struggle was real and very discouraging because the acne on my face and neck was unsightly and very painful. I found this product and it helped so much! Within three days of using twice a day, my cystic acne was noticeably less inflamed and less painful, my skin wasn’t dried out, and my texture started to improve. I’ve been using it for over a year and it is very effective. I used to have oily and super acne prone skin and now it’s well controlled and my acne is almost gone. It’s not heavily scented but there is a little perfume smell; so if you’re looking for something unscented you might want to consider using something else. It’s worth every penny and goes a long way; about a pea size does your entire face and it lathers really well. I have confidence in my skin that I honestly can’t say I’ve ever had up until the last year of using this. If you’re struggling with your skin, I highly recommend trying this. The health of my skin is a night and day difference.

This is a staple in my husband’s skincare regimen. He has oily skin and it helps keep him less oily. The foam is amazing! I would say it’s effective for him. When he first started using it, it did make him break out a bit, but only a few pimples and it didn’t bother him. As for me- I think I’m more sensitive. It makes me kind of dry. I only use it once in a long time. Also, it definitely pulls out all the impurities under your skin. I like but hate it bc it will make you break out.

I absolutely love this face wash and have been using it for well over seven years. I've tried other cleansers over the years, but I always come back to this one because it works so well. I especially love using it as the second step in a double-cleansing routine after an oil cleanser. Together, they remove makeup and sunscreen effortlessly and leave my skin feeling fresh and clean. A little goes a long way, the tube lasts a long time, and my skin always feels smooth after using it. After all these years, it's still one of the few beauty products I consistently repurchase. Noticeable improvement in my skin after 2 washes. I had a lot of clogged pores and bumps, likely from hair product. I used this product along with a silicone facial scrubber and really massaged it into my face focusing on the trouble areas and my nose. My existing blemishes started healing and all the bumps under my skin were nearly gone after my second time using this. It’s gentle and doesn’t strip my skin. This is my first product from this brand but I am so impressed I want to try others

I really wanted to love this cleanser because it lathers nicely and leaves my skin feeling fresh after use. The texture is pleasant, and a little product goes a long way. Unfortunately, after using it for a short period, I began experiencing breakouts, which is unusual for my skin. While everyone’s skin reacts differently, this product simply wasn’t a good match for me personally. For that reason, I won’t be purchasing it again. However, I can appreciate the quality of the cleanser itself and the rich lather it produces. If your skin isn’t as sensitive to the ingredients as mine appears to be, it may work well for you.

This is one of my favorite brands to use. This is the first time I used the volcanic cleansing foam and I like it. It has a floral scent to it but I can’t quite place it. Maybe a jasmine scent. I have oily skin and it makes my skin feel great. I use a face scrubbing brush with it and it foams up nicely with that.

I’m 63, and I have combination skin and this face cleanser is perfect for me. I like to feel my face skin clean with no residue. A small amount is enough to produce abundant lather and cleanse the face.

I gave this a try after using kiehl's clay face wash. It doesn’t seem to have any overpowering scents and is perfect for everyday use after a long day. I live in humid subtropical climate and this is must have.

Totally changed my skin for the better. Used to struggle with acne probe skin in my late twenties, with the same spots cropping up at least twice a year in addition to more transient flares. This stuff brought everything to surface, per its pore purge promise and now my skin looks like it did before and was ever a problem. It is gentle enough to continue using as an everyday cleanser so I do. The packaging is well done and has never leaked on me, even through international flights. Also, it lathers really well and smells way too gorgeous to be this good for my skin, I don’t want to live without it.
