Spicy Kick With Good Flavor
This habanero sauce is one of my husband’s favorite. He loves spicy but only if it has good flavor. He likes the heat in combination with the citrus zing. I make chicken cutlets and fry them in this spice mixed with panko bread crumbs… my husband says they are spicy and so flavorful.

great rub on smoked chicken and for jerky
Have used this on both smoked chicken quarters and while making jerky. The heat is just right. The taste overall is nuanced and smooth. Not edgy.
