Modelones Nail Strengthener and Growth, Milky White Nail Polish Hardener

This nail strengthener is such a unique and innovative product. I love that you can use it on your natural nails to make them grow and make them more resilient! I’ve noticed my nails are much stronger and break way less when I have this on. I love the nude coloring as well, it gives you a more even look that is elegant and classic. You also only need one coat, but I recommend two for the best effect. Overall, it’s easy to use, looks great and truly works. I highly recommend!

I am very much a nude or pink nail girl. I stopped getting nail extensions because I’m in the kitchen often, I type on computers a lot, and I love to garden. I started doing gel polish on its own, but we all know what a pain it is to remove at home. My nails were getting pretty damaged even with very gentle removal, so I just stopped painting my nails entirely. There is nothing wrong with bare nails, but I really prefer to have a clean-looking and slightly shiny nail just to feel put together. This product delivers exactly that!! I got the peach-nude color and it is the perfect nude pink for medium skin tones!! All I did to prep were push back my cuticles, file my nails down, and wipe them with alcohol to dehydrate. I did not use a base coat, as I wanted to see just how long these lasted with minimal prep. I did 3 thin coats of the polish, and each coat dried down very nicely and almost immediately. I topped with OPI’s double duty top coat, and these pictures are of my nails after a week. I waited a week to write a review because I really wanted to see how they lasted. My nails very commonly crackle / chip with regular polish even from a salon. I am SO impressed with how these held up. I will absolutely be repurchasing this, but it looks like I won’t have to for a while since there is so much product in the bottle. This is probably going to be my go-to nail product for a while. Removal is easy with 100% acetone as well, so if I ever need a refresh, it takes less than 15 minutes! TLDR: MUST BUY! Quick dry, no base coat needed, lasts long without chips or cracks, stays shiny, easy to apply!

Just first day, my hails were not weak but hard. But this made them even more harder almost like gel nails. It has good ingredients so not just nail polish. In a little while it should make them healthier underneath polish. So you wear it and looks good but also kind of cures nails underneath. Can’t wait to see how fast my nails will grow. Just in one day I would recommend just based on how it makes them harder, equals they don’t break easily. Also nice color.

I have been using this product consistently for several weeks, but I have not noticed that my nails feel stronger or harder. For that reason, I am giving it four stars. However, I really enjoy using it as a nail polish. The formula applies smoothly and evenly, and the color is beautiful. It gives my nails a clean, polished, and well-groomed appearance. Although it did not provide the strengthening results I expected, I still like it because of how easy it is to apply and how pretty it looks on my nails.

This is a wonderful product!!! I was looking for something to help me grow out my natural nails after I accidentally drilled them too much with an electric file. This is the perfect product. Fast drying, natural, easy to apply and the perfect amount of concealing! I originally tried the pink peach color but didn’t love it on my skin tone, this color worked much better for me. It’s self leveling so it really fills in the ridges that I needed it to

I like the concept of colored strengthener, but I don’t love how splotchy it looks. I’ve damaged my nails (oops) from doing them on my own at home and not having the patience to soak off (I know I know), so I wanted to get a strengthener that would help rebuild my nails. I’ve used the OG sally Hanson for years and wanted to try something different when I found this. It dries SO quickly, that by the time you try co cover a spot you missed on a wet nail, it’ll peel on itself. I don’t love that. By the time I’ve let the first coat dry, and gotten the second coat on it looks like a toddler has painted them. I’ve just started using it so I’ll give it some time, so we shall so.

I saw noticeable positive changes in my nails after one use of this polish. They had a better shine and felt stronger. I'm hoping it will help me maintain long healthy nails. The brown/pink color looks like a regular jelly polish and I got compliments on how nice the color was. I wear 3 coats and the polish lasts for days. The paint doesn't chip or peal but only showed slight wear at the edges around 3+ days. There's a reason this stuff is #1. I've tried many different strengtheners/nail polish treatments and this is the only one that can really do a thing for my nails and look great after working with plants, cooking, cleaning and many hand washings. I'm looking forward to buying several more varieties of this polish. I hope you have success with this too.

The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because I feel it wasn’t advertised accurately enough. I ordered the jelly pink. And from the photos it looked as if it would have enough pigment to cover the white part at the tip of your natural nail. And it doesn’t u less you do ALOT of layers. However I really like the product. I do like the color, but I just have to make sure to make my nails into a French tip if I’m only going to use this polish for the color of my nail. I love that it dries quick as well and I’m looking forward to trying one of the glitter ones!

I absolutely loved these they are so easy to use. Nice, thick gel with a really good coverage. The glitter is so beautiful and shiny. Mine had some sticky residue on the packaging but all tubes were sealed so must of been from another set when being packed. It comes it a cute little box with clear instructions, and nicely packed.

I thought it was a nail hardener. Don’t think much of it even as a base or whatever it supposed to be

Modelones has always been my go to brand for gel nails, the quality is amazing, especially for the price. My routine is one layer of base coat, 2–3 layers of colour, and then this top coat to finish. All of my gel products are from Modelones because they never disappoint. The top coat cures quickly, around 60 seconds on a low UV setting, or about 30 seconds on a higher setting. I usually cure it twice on the higher setting for a total of 60 seconds, and it dries perfectly with no sticky layer left behind. My nails typically last around 1–2 weeks before I start to notice any chipping, but I don’t mind that at all because I love switching my colours often. Overall, it’s reliable, glossy, and great quality, definitely a top coat I’d recommend.

Will definitely buy again. Bought 2: Clear and Milky White. Comes in several different 'translucent' shades, so looking forward to trying more. All have the strengthening / ridge-filling formula. First coat is a barely there milky white, with additional coats adding more depth to the colour. Applies easily with no 'glopping' or streaking. Lasts a long time and easy to remove. My thumbs and index fingers have serious deep ridges from years of leash dog-walking; this product works really well in filling and covering them (with more than one coat), so am very pleased with this aspect. I can apply a few coats to the damaged nails without them looking different from the 1 -2 coats on the others. One thing to note: after final coat, make sure polish is completely dry to prevent smudging -- takes a little longer to dry than other brands of strengthener.
