Rootcology by Dr. Izabella Wentz | Adrenal Support | Adaptogenic Herbal Formula with Vitamin B6, Licorice & N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine | 90 Capsules

I found out about Rootcology Adrenal Support after reading an article in a magazine and purchasing a book about adrenal issues and weight loss. I bought this formula based on the author recommendations. So far, so good as far as these capsules go. They are easy to swallow and I have no issues with them. They are packaged well and are a good value for the price. I have not been on them long enough to evaluate effectiveness, but I am hopeful.

I’ve been taking this for less than a week and can already tell the difference. I do take it with breakfast (which is 2 hours after I take my thyroid meds) and then at lunch I take the other two pills. This works for me! The first time I took them in the evening with all my other suplements and couldn’t get to sleep. So now I just take two at lunch and one at breakfast. I feel awake for the first time in years. I do still take all my other thyroid meds but this seems to help a lot. Before, I would last until about noon and start to fall asleep. I’d power through and then around 4-5 I would be almost asleep sometimes I would take an hour nap before making dinner and then be in bed by 8 or 9. Now I’m doing much better and feel almost normal!! I’ll update later since it’s just been a week I hope this lasts!

Unfortunately, this product made me extremely bloated and crampy to a point of being very uncomfortable and my stomach distended. Symptoms went away once I stopped taking it. I wanted this to work for me, but clearly I cannot take it. Something in it does not agree with my body.

I have hashimotos. I weigh 115lbs and I take one of these a day around 3 in the afternoon. Gives me great energy and focus for at least 8 hours after that. I definitely don’t need more than one a day though.

I have hashimoto's and eventually I started to experience new symptoms which turned to be adrenal fatigue ( low blood pressure, low energy, dizziness, craving of salty foods ..and terrible headaches ). I saw article of Dr. Weitz where she explained how and which supplements can help . So I ordered my first bottle almost month ago and going to re-order. It's is WORKING!! All terrible symptoms dissapeared in 3 days. Also I should mention that I stopped drinking anything with caffeine and tried to sleep 10-12 hours /day for 1 week to help with recovery. Quality products specific for Hashimoto’s.

I have been taking this medication just for two weeks . I feel better and expect to feel better. I'm still with a very severe insomnia so I hope to at least reduce it in few weeks.

Wow!!!! I am amazed!! I was on a rx stimulant for many years due to low blood pressure, low heart rate, brain fog, and complete lack of motivation and focus due to Hashimotos. When I say years, I mean 9 years. I have known that long term use of these stimulants was probably not good for me so I wanted to get off. I read a review here that said this supplement helped. I was willing to give it a shot, but kept my expectations low as nothing in the past has helped. I. Am. Amazed!!!!! This supplement has made the transition to a stimulant free life completely painless. And I LOVE that it’s all natural.
