Easy to set up and use. No issues connecting. Perfect size and portable. Volume gets nice and loud. Mike picks up everything even if far-ish away. Purchased to enhance my Bible study bc we often have 1-2 people who can’t make it in person and want to join remote and just a phone on speaker or FaceTime was nottt cutting it for group discussion with people sitting all over a living room. This has been a high-quality and good value solution!

This speaker/mic is awesome. Crystal clear sound from the speaker itself. As far as the mic everyone says they can hear me great. Its small and very compact I can take it anywhere with me which is very nice. Completely plug and play and that makes setup a breeze. Works great with Microsoft teams and Pandora! worth every penny!

UPDATE: Dropping this down to 1 star (from 5). After about 2 months of use, I am getting reports of people hearing a high pitch sound coming from me when I am speaking. The speaker is also starting to crack. For the first month or so, the audio was fine both the mic and the speakers, but the quality has seriously diminished and is now unusable over USB or bluetooth. I originally bought this when my microphone on my computer stopped working after installing windows 11, but now this has failed too (tried it on another PC and cellphone and sound quality is garbage on all devices now). Original: When my company upgraded my computer to Win 11, somehow my microphone stopped working, assuming drivers, and since I spend 3/4 of my time on teams call, i needed a solution. This AirHug speaker/mic has been great. It is small enough where i can bring it with me, loud enough where I can use it in a conference room as the speaker for the room, and the mic picks up everyone, but not a lot of the background noise (or at least no one has complained). It comes with a travel case, which also holds a charging/usb-C cable which can also connect it to your computer. It works just as well over the cable as with bluetooth for calls on my phone and teams on my PC. Getting it to work with the computer required ZERO setup, just plugged it in and it was recognized as a microphone/speaker and bluetooth with my phone took less than a minute. I had chosen this one because it was one of the more inexpensive speaker phones that could connect via usb and bluetooth, but I am super happy with the purchase!

I purchased this as a Bluetooth speaker and microphone for my computer so that I could dictate my monthly reports instead of the endless typing that ,I'm used to. It arrived. I loved the packaging, looked great charged right up worked. Perfect for about three weeks. One morning I went to use it , and the speaker sounds like something and it is blown and the dictation is no longer accurate. I thought maybe it was just a bum unit so I purchased a second one, returning the first one. Three weeks later , imagine my surprise when I have a blown sounding speaker and my dictation is no longer accurate. As it turns out, it us something screwy with Microsoft and their security firewalls. I restart my computer abd my AurHug is back to working as usual.....great product

I should have got this years ago. I have a thin client and have struggled with phone sound quality. I hate wearing ear buds or headphones. This speaker and microphone did the trick. The sound quality is great and the microphone works well. My co-workers have said the call quality is improved. Only reason for 4 stars is I can not adjust the volume higher. I hope this lasts because I am very happy with it.

I work in a job where I frequently conduct meetings that include in person encounters with a note taker via Webex. This speaker provides a great method for my note taker to hear the conversation clearly. It is super easy to use and provides an audible confirmation that the device is connected. The buttons controlling the volume are visible and easy to use. I've had my little unit rattling around in my backpack (in the included case) and it is very sturdy and durable. The unit itself is deceptively tiny - the sound is big! And it looks great - not cheaply made with clear markings, and a nice neutral color. This was a great purchase.

I can hear callers crystal clear but half the time callers state that my end is not clear and is breaking up. I reached out to Airhug 3 days ago and have yet to get a response so 1 star for the product, 1 star for customer service and I'm out about $43.00. I work remotely and if the calls are garbled this device is nothing more than an expensive paperweight.

This doesn’t have the best sound quality for music but If you’re looking for a speaker for meetings, this is great, the microphone picks up voice nicely unlike majority of other similar products I am keeping this after trying so many others. One thing I recommend is to use it via usb rather than Bluetooth, there is a slight delay via Bluetooth vs. wired.

I'm very pleased with it. The setup was quick and straightforward, and it worked exactly as expected right out of the box. The sound quality is clear, the microphone picks up voices well during meetings, and the Bluetooth connection has been stable. It has made virtual meetings much more convenient and professional.

Audio is a bit low. As we r using it in a noisy place, even with full volume, it is still bit low, but ok. We a r eusing usb connectivity, many times it needs a reset (unplug and replug) to use the connection. It connects quickly though. Overall good, bit expensive.
