So y’all I love this thing. I use it with my bands. The color is nice. I can unscrew it and it is very portable. I do believe it was a great value for what I paid. It is very easy to use and right now. The quality looks and feels amazing.

Love this bar. It's actually two sizes not just 43 inches. I like that you can take the middle part out if you want! Best for the money. Very well made

This bar has proven to be quite useful. I use this bar on my bands to simulate deadlifts and a variety of other exercise such as squats and back exercises. It's comfortable to use and very versatile. I do recommend using the longer resistant bands for these.

I didn’t really deeply read the description before I ordered so I was a little worried the 42 inch bar would be too big for my petite frame. I was relieved when I tried some exercises on the stroops website and all is good. I would like a little shorter one but I can’t complain at this price.

Good strength, the rubber bands go on easily, easy to put together as well, the end rings turn so goes with your movement

This is very sturdy and easy to manipulate into two sizes. I've used mine for about 1 month and the bar connections are still very tight. The foam padding throughout the bar provides a cushion for your hands.

Overall I liked the product but gave it one star because they sent me a damaged piece to screw in the end. Lack of quality control. I had to glue it into place to make it work. I should have returned it but I didn’t want the inconvenience.
