easy to put together. u can do it yourself. solid and sturdy!!! WOOD!! doesn’t look cheap.

Very easy to put together. It was sticky and wet coming out of the box. Very heavy smell of varnish. It seems like it was package while still wet. Very soft/light wood.

I love everything about this table. It was simple to put together. Once out of the box it probably took me about 20 minutes to assemble it. Extremely sturdy, they even put some extra bracing in there which was nice. Not that I would but I'm sure you could stand on it. All the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly, no missing hardware. I hate shiny things so the matte finish is perfect. It's a great size. I love the bottom shelf as it's a great place to put books or decor. And last but not least I love the sawhorse design. I think it would go perfectly with either farmhouse or coastal design.

I just wanted a casual not expensive table for my living room and this is perfect. It was easy to put together and even though there is no clear coat on it just be sure to use a coaster. It has held up good and for the price has been great.

As another reviewer mentioned, this table is NOT sealed. The wood stain came off on my fingers, also, it is much more orange in person, photos tone it down for some reason. It also had a bad off-gassing for a couple of days. The top came damaged as well. Returned.

Table is pretty but the holes were not aligned properly on bottom piece of wood. I made it work. The wood felt wet and sticky from stain as it was not sealed. My hands were stained after putting it together. Wood had a very strong petroleum odor.

I chose this table after quite a bit of online searching because #1: it's made of wood not mdf or particle board #2: It was less than $100 including delivery #3: it fits in with our rustic southwestern decor #4: it was extremely easy to assemble! I did have a slight hesitation before buying it based on a couple reviews that complained about stain coming off on their hands, bad chemical odors and I think someone said theirs was broken. Or parts missing.? I was fortunate that NONE of those things happened to me. As a matter of fact this table was one of the easiest things I've ever assembled! It arrived complete and undamaged and one day sooner than expected. There are only 4 steps to the instructions. The first 3 all have predrilled holes for the screws. Step 4 is actually really optional which is an addition you can put on the bottom of the table, where you can add some L brackets for more stability. This step does not have predrilled holes which is no big deal if you have a drill and minimal skills. We did it and it was easy. Oh BTW the table looks a lot like a miniature picnic table. I may decide to stain it later on and add a protective coating, That's a good thing about real wood. It's not a really heavy table but it seems sturdy. There are some visible knots but I wanted that because I was going for rustic not refined. Not stuffy. The knots are smooth not bumpy and they add to the look. Also the top is solid wood and it might ding or scratch if you do something rough to it. I'm just going to put a leather placemat down and some coasters. I am very happy with this purchase.

Very poor quality. The color is not a light pine as expected, the edges are a “burnt” black & none of the wood tones match. The feel of the grain is very coarse. I don’t know how I’d dust it as it’s not smooth. Would not recommend. I would return it, but it’s outside of the timeframe & my husband threw away the box.

Beautiful piece – perfect size for my living room! I saw some comments about the finishing and the smell, but in my case, the finishing is great and there’s no smell at all. It completely transformed the look of my living room. I’m very happy with this purchase!
