I honestly didn’t expect much from this because it was so inexpensive. I mainly bought it as a cheap way to make zucchini noodles before deciding whether I wanted to spend money on a food processor or something more substantial.I’ve used it on zucchini so far, and it actually works really well. You basically secure the zucchini between the two pieces and twist, and it makes nice, even spiral noodles with very little effort. It was much easier to use than I expected.Cleanup is also simple. I just use a regular kitchen/sink brush to clean around the blade and it comes clean pretty quickly.For around $10, I’m really happy with it. I thought this might just be a temporary solution, but it works well enough that I’m not in any hurry to replace it.

I purchased this as a temporary replacement for my 'lost' full-size spiralizer. I'm still unpacking from a move and hope I can find it. I was very leery that mini-slicer was up to spiraling zucchini, but it is better in so many ways! It's easy to store, perfect for 1-2 servings, sharp, and easy to clean. I find this little tool so much more convenient.

Very good for zucchini but I would recommend something mechanized for the harder vegetables like carrots.
