My pelvic floor physical therapist recommend I get one of these. I have multiple prolapses. I have been using this product for 6 months now and it has given me the ability to get back to exercising again. It gives amazing support and I feel so secure when I work out and run. I started out with the high waisted one but prefer the low waisted one much more. I felt the low waisted one offered a bit more support and compression. I feel it’s very comfortable and great quality. I hand wash it several times a week and it’s still in perfect shape. I am very happy with this company and I’m returning to order a second one that I can start wearing to work, where I am on my feet all day. It’s like it has given me my life back again. I am so happy.

May help someone but not me it had no support where I needed it

I have a bladder prolapse. (Yay) And I will need surgery. I didn't want to get a pessary. Instead I googled information and stumbled onto these here on Amazon. I typically wear a size large in tops etc. I ordered these in a medium, with the understanding that I want them to be really fitted and '' hold me up and in''. I was counting on them ''being a little tight'' I found that they worked for me to bridge the time until my surgery. I weigh appx 150-155lbs, height 5'6.I use them as in the stock photo, over my normal underwear.

I sized up and it was still too small

It didn't support me in any way. The configuration just didn't work

I like the product but I should have ordered the high waist size.
