This is good product

I bought this product on 05/05/2024 and its propeller broke down within 3 month and fan automatically stops within 1 minute from from switching it on. I called 4 times ( 16 , 27, 28, 31 st August) from same mobile no. for service but every time after 1st comlain 0n 16/08/2024 they say you have not registered any complain but every time they promise to provide technician within 72 hours..... If you buy it u will definitely regret for purchasing this product.

The plastic cover of the motor was broken. The instructions to assemble is not provided and slight complex to assemble. The screw for fixing the rod is too short,no height adjustment and fan not moveable. Fan is fixed but air cooling for summer season is good. Amazon gave refund and seller didn't returned the fan so am using it as said by Amazon cust.care agent

I have purchased on May 8 and on that day it makes noise over the motor and on the end of the may it's was not working, return date also gets over and this product setup also manually not comfortable it is waste of money and now it's not working with in 20 days, quality also not good To climb warrenty the product owner is not responding the call and mail to, please I request not to buy this product anymore
