Tide Purclean Liquid Laundry Detergent, 63 fl oz, 48 Loads

My new favorite laundry detergent. I simply cannot use regular Tide anymore. The scent is way to strong and longers for days and the chemicals were harsh to my skin. This purclean version is amazing. It has a nice, light, natural lavender scent that doesn't irritate me at all. It also cleans very well.

I tried Ecos prior and while I support the cause of the brand, the cleaning power for the one I got didn't work. This one smells nice without being overpowering and I feel confident that my clothes have been cleaned with Tide Purclean with less chemicals. It seems to be a good balance of performance and also less toxic ingredients. I wish Tide would offer more scents though.

outstanding quality consistently, can't help but come back. bottle size is acceptable but not amazing. the ingredients and smell do not bother my skin or give me hives like other detergents even i use it. overall great value for the luxury feel.

I like that this is "plant based" and that the scent isn't too strong, but just enough. I used to buy this when they sold it in a box, instead of plastic. Disappointed they stopped that!

I love how this detergent smells; it has a delicate floral scent that is long lasting. My clothes always come out clean and soft, and my sensitive skin seems to work well. I bought the first bottle almost six months ago (context: single, washing bed linens and clothes once a week) and it just ran out. Absolutely worth buying because it is works well and smells awesome.

This honey lavender Tide smells SO GOOD!!! Ok. So I’m not one who likes the really strong smelling laundry detergent… you know, the overpowering smell like someone dumped 1/2 of a bottle of cheap perfume on from a block away… BUT I like my clothes (and bedding) to smell fresh and clean. THIS detergent is AWESOME. Your clothes will have a soft hint of lavender and honey… and my towels and linens get really clean and smell wonderful! In fact, the reason I’m writing this was because today I soaked our puppy’s stuffed toy in hot water and this Tide… not only to get the nasty wet dog smell out of it- but because it was muddy-brown filthy… My husband later took it out of the dryer to give it to the puppy and was shocked how clean it was and remarked how good it smelled!!! I first bought this scent about 5 months ago… and now I will never buy anything but this Honey Lavender Tide. They now need to make dryer sheets and room spray this EXACT same scent… I’d buy that too FOR SURE! Hell, I’d even make a commercial for Tide and sell it!!! lol Oh, the only downside is they don’t seem to make it in the larger bottles. I can only find it in the 63Fl ounce.

I've been using Tide Purclean laundry detergent for a while, and love the fresh lavender scent and how well it cleans in my 'he' washer, but I was buying it in the regular plastic bottles. Then I came across this on the Amazon site, thought I'd give it a try, and I must say I'm really impressed. Same great detergent but in an ecologically friendly package which uses much less plastic and is very convenient to use. Highly recommended.

Love this tide. Scent is perfect, not over powering. This is the only tide I buy. Extra bonus is cardboard not a plastic container.

This is definitely a step forward from Tide, a Procter and Gamble brand to a more sustainable packaging. Still not a huge fan of the plastic bag inside the cardboard box, and the plastic wrap around the box itself during shipment. Double plastic wrapping, and we all know bags are difficult to recycle. I think Tide is partially green washing, because if they wanted to be more Eco-Friendly, they would swap out all their Tide packaging to this Ecobox. Also, why would you make only ONE “eco-friendly” product, and leave the rest not Eco-friendly. If you go to your local drug store, or grocery store, this item (usually in a bottle), will be placed right next to the original tide in the iconic orange bottle. So you kinda know it’s greenwashing, again. The spout really drains fast. It doesn’t drain downward, it’s sprays left and right sometimes, but no a deal breaker. Just slowly twist it. The smell is nice! Very subtle. People have said they have changed the formula and that it smells like rotten melons, but I think it smells quite pleasing, but not as nice as the original Tide. I love Tide, and I would love it to switch to a more sustainable packaging! I used Nellies before, and there was no scent, and the cleaning power wasn’t there. I had to switch back to Tide. Tide PurClean really does perform well at removing stains just like the regular Tide. So just so you know, this product works as intended.

Works as well as any of the other major detergent brands. Took off a star because of the oil based ingredients.

I love the scent and the product itself but the container is a bit messy (it leaks sometimes) and hard to store. Would purchase it again if they had it in a bottle form instead of this
