I purchased this stand mixer with high expectations given its price. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected hospital stay and was only able to try it after the return period had expired. My experience was disappointing from the first use. While mixing dough at Speed #1, the mixer felt unstable and looked as though it might fall apart. The upper section where the dough hooks attach seemed to lift away from the lower body, even though everything was properly locked in place. It was quite concerning to watch. I suspect the plastic construction may be the reason, as the mixer does not feel as sturdy as expected. For the price, I expected much better build quality and performance. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Actually 0 star for this product.please don't buy the product .November I got this stand mixer ,I have used one time and the product was not working.Till now there is no rectify with technician and no replacement till now.Worst service ,till now the manager mr.janakiraman saying I will check tomorrow the same dialogue for past 6months .kindly don't get this product .don't waste your money in inalsa
