This is a great little device and it has a lot of nice sleep sounds in it. Plus volume control. Little one always wants to sleep with me and I always have a fan running. I put this in his room and it helps him sleep. It’s perfect. It even has a timer on it. And it’s compact enough to sit right on your nightstand.

We discovered this magical sound machine on a trip to the Mendocino, California, coast. Our innkeeper had one in our little cottage and we found the ocean sounds particularly soothing. My wife and I both are sleeping more soundly with the gentle lapping of waves filling our bedroom. There are 16 sound choices on the machine and a volume control. We highly recommend it.

I bought this sound machine in May of 2019 for my infant. My son is now 7 and we still use this sound machine every single night. We love it so much and I cannot believe it's been going strong for his entire life so far! Definitely recommend this sound machine not just for babies because I also found it helps me sleep!

Bought the Whish for my baby. I would say he loves it. More specifically for sleep he loves the rain sound. During play, he enjoys the chimes sound. For naps, we use the fan noise 1. This sound machine offers plenty of sounds to pick from. Surely there is something for everyone and every mood. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because sometimes the volume and power buttons get stuck. Stuck as in the volume won't adjust and the power won't turn off. It has a simple solution though. Just unplug and plug it back in. It doesn't run on batteries or charge so it does need to be plugged in to be powered. Personally, we have two: 1 for our bedroom which is where my baby sleeps throughout the night and 1 for his room where he takes his afternoon naps. It's small and easy to take anywhere you can plug into a power source but we just decided to get the 2nd to make it easy on myself. We bought the 1st one about 1 yr ago and it's still going strong. Also, we wanted a machine without any lights and this one checked all the things we were looking for. Anywho, I recommend the Whish.

This sound machine has many, many different sounds, a timer, volume control, and it is small enough to be on the bedside table.

I fell in love with this sound machine while visiting the Laguna Surf Lodge in Laguna beach, CA. I have never slept better in my life! The tranquil music lulled me to sleep my first night there like nothing I’ve ever experienced! I ordered it the very next morning!!! Just arrived home after our trip and I’m sitting here listening to the beautiful music from this machine!

Love this sound machine for my 5 mo old baby. My only complaints are 1) Some of the sounds are just not pleasant. We cycle between the same 4, even though there are way more sound options. 2) We really enjoy the rain/ocean/river sounds, but they cause our baby monitor to “go red” which is really distracting while I’m trying to fall asleep. We’ve tried turning the volume down, but then really what’s the point of the sound machine? Overall, very happy with this product and would 100% recommend using with any baby to adult.

I bought one just over 4 years ago for our first kid. It is AMAZING. The volume control is great, the available sound options are wonderful, and it’s easy to travel with. The one we are using has lasted for over 4 years and I just bought a new one to replace it. We even bought a second one for our second child. It’s a great little sound machine for a great price. I’d love to get the travel cube next to see how that works. UPDATE 4/7/23: I changed my review because the one I bought for my daughter a couple years ago is now unusable. We’re having the same problem that we did with the first- the charge port is crap and became dislodged so easily. It no longer works- at all. This one has only been around for 2 years and it sits on a dresser and plays noise at night. The charge port should not be so weak if that’s all the machine is going to do.

I’ve tested four white noise machines, from budget Homedic models right up to pricey Sound Oasis Machines. Long story short, this is the best one and superior to the others. Here’s why: - 16 different sounds that can be Instantaneously selected ( instead of cycled through with one button like it’s competitors.) - A very impressive, loud and *bassy* speaker ( for its size) ( competitors are tinny and even facing AWAY from the user!) - Does not move when buttons are pressed and a low centre of gravity to prevent it toppling ( unlike a competitor Which slid off my table and scratched itself) - High quality genuinely relaxing tracks with a ‘warmth‘ to them. - Very well made and sturdy - The packaging is very nice and attractive and would make a superb gift being very well presented, suitable for all age ranges but especially younger people perhaps. - The unit itself has a calming aesthetic unlike some of its competitors. The only downsides that I can see are: 1. I think that there are too many of the ‘fan’ type sounds but I understand this as this is Marpacs brand heritage and it has to simulate several other of the brands Historic devices. However they do work. I would prefer a couple more nature sounds such a rustling trees to relax with, however the included nature sounds are superb. I would not hesitate to recommend this product. It’s the best available.

Me encanta. Los vecinos tienen 15 Perros en una parcela pequeña y ladran día y noche. Con esto puedo dormir y trabajar sin escucharlos, por fin!!! Tiene muchos sonidos y funciona perfectamente. Lo único que no me gusta es que los botones están muy cerca uno del otro y no se ilumina así que por la noche no ves nada. Me encantaría un mando a distancia o algo. Pero por el precio estoy encantada y lo recomiendo! He comprado otro y todo!
