Go for it.
Worth buying, using from 1.5 years. Going good. It have a problem after 12 months. The company replaced it without much issue.

Product PDI should be done before dispatching
DISCLAIMER: I haven't used it as it's not charging and I don't want to take chance and then fall for my fault. Bought this product for 650, never got chance to use it. Not that, it's not working, the packaging of product inside the box is not promising for me use it. It has scratches, finger prints and I was Doubtful about it. Since it's electronic item, I thought of charging it for 5-10min, before using it and to my surprise, it's not showing any charging indication at all. Note: Design, brush quality and Specifications looks good on paper, but I didn't tried it as I have to get a new item to trust it and try. However, youtube reviews of it by some dentists looks promising to order it again and try it. Hopefully, I get good quality product this time.

Great service by caresmith
The product is excellent much less noise and vibration compared to other brands but it stopped working in two months. So i informed the customer and then sent a video. On verification they sent me new toothbrush in couple of days. Very easy warranty claimining process. Go for caresmith as their quality and service is good.

not replacing in warranty. useless . dont buy
Ordered color blue and received pink now it stopped working and even after presenting the bill they are refusing to return or repair caz of color difference. just in 3 months it has stopped working. its useless to buy from caresmith. so many complaints are there in comments and twitter but they dont care abt their customers. so avoid caresmith

Seriously i like this product very much . I am not sure about its results but when i started using this i can clearly see results . Things which i like most 1. mouth freshness goes to 4x after brushing from this compare to normal brush . 2. Bristles quality are better . 3. Clearly see the teeth whitening . Polish is good . 4. Grip is better 5. Battery is good as iam using it from past 6 days Things which i like to get improved in product 1 its not handy like big in size . But overall great product for your oral health

Lasted only 4 months
I have been using this tooth brush for a little over 4 months now and it has already given up. Specially, when I changed the toothbrush head after 3 months of using, it stated giving me trouble like the head will not fit properly or the vibration will go weak even when it is fully charged. And yesterday ultimately it stopped completely although it is fully charged. Me and my family uses toothbrush from this company for a couple of years now. Their other models are ok. I mean it at least goes for a year but this particular one is really bad.
