I recently purchased this blood orange infused olive oil from a Family Farm in Texas. Having used other brands, I have decided that this one is particularly good for my primary purpose which is seafood. I marinated scallops prior to coating them with my barbecue potato chip seasoning and finely ground polenta. Toss them in the air fryer for 8 minutes and they are delicious! I will be buying from this company again~they are delightful people whom I corresponded with and even live near family.

This is my second time ordering this olive oil. What I love about it is the quality, the true garlic flavor and how good it makes my food taste. The company that sells it, Texas Hill Country Olive Company, sent me a follow up email thanking me for my order. I will definitely be ordering from them again not only because I love their products but for their customer service.

I love good olive oil and I love garlic. I have tried many other garlic infused oils, but this one is so smooth and velvety and the garlic flavor is full and rich without any harsh or bitter notes. Plus it is all grown and processed right here in the USA! Great, pure, premium product.

Our daughter lives in Austin and we like to visit Texas Hill Country Olive Oil Co in Dripping Springs every time we are in town. We enjoy perusing the shop then grab a lovely lunch at the Bistro. They have several flavors of both olive oils and balsamic vinegars, with a wall full of unique recipes. This past visit I picked up a recipe for cranberry and white chocolate cookies that uses the blood orange infused olive oil. The recipe called for 4 oz. of the blood orange olive oil, but I had only purchased 3 oz. bottle. I made the cookies using the 3 oz. of the blood orange and one ounce of regular olive oil. The cookies were DELICIOUS!!! I was pleased to see I could get the blood orange olive oil on Amazon. Over the years I have gotten several different types of olive oils and balsamic vinegars from Texas Hill Country Olive Oil Co., all very, very good! Thank you, Amazon, for offering the product!

The smell is really good! Natural olive! Grate quality! I’ll get more . It’s a little bit pricey, but worse it!

Buttery feel. Great jalapeño taste. Not too hot. Just enough to warm it up a bit

My wife loves it on salads and says it’s the best infused olive oil she’s ever had. Cheaper on Amazon than going direct to the company but still pricey. Makes a nice gift for birthdays, Valentine’s Day, Christmas.

My Fiancé (a true olive oil lover) and I stumbled on their base location in dripping springs a few months ago. Unfortunately we couldn’t take the tour because Covid altered there tour schedule . but we did walked the property, have an amazing lunch from there scratch kitchen enjoying a bottle of wine overlooking the beautiful landscape while the chefs are right there preparing everything. We bought some homemade bread and a few bottles. We could not have asked for a better experience. My fiancé fell in love with their basil oil and lemon juice salad dressing. Right there she was hooked. When we ran out she tried a couple from Whole Foods that paled in comparison. So when I surprised her with two bottles of the basil infused oil she was ecstatic. The Texture, taste. & selection is superior to anything I’ve had. if you enjoy olive oil or you’re getting this for someone that likes olive oil you will not be disappointed. We will always have a few varieties on hand. looking forward to trying some different flavors for sure. As a side note if you find yourself in or near dripping Springs Texas, it’s a must visit.
