Good product
Works well and love the steam to remove wrinkles. Warms up fast and is easy to use. Cord is long enough so you have no problem with ironing. Very light and durable

Perfect s8ze for quilters
I had bought a much smaller crafters iron but spent too much time refilling the water reservoir. This ia a compact iron with the water capacity of a full size iron. It is light, heats quickly. The onlynthing I would change is how the thin dial does grip well with arthritic fingers. I would make the temperature dial thicker to be easier to grasp the controls.

Great bang for your buck
Works as well has higher priced irons that I have used. Steaming out put is great but the spraying part isn't as misty as I would like. Haven't had an issue with Gliding it along seams or with thicker fabrics. Definitely durable especially for the price. Works great for all fabrics and heat is easily adjustable.

Does the job
I have had this for a long time now and it still works perfectly. I dont iron too often, but when I do this does the job. I love the steam option that pushes out a quick gust of steam. Helps with tough areas. Pretty easy to use too.

Won’t steam
Every time I try to steam water runs out of the holes on the bottom- 😩 UGH. Still waiting to hear back from the seller or manufacturer. Sent notice of the problem with all details requested, I.e. model number etc and they finally sent an email that said they didn’t have enough info. I responded asking what else they needed and have not heard back. I expected more from Sunbeam and from Amazon. Yes I contacted them after the cutoff time but I trusted that the iron would work and didn’t try it out until I needed to iron something. I don’t want a refund I just want an iron that will steam properly without water running all over my clothes. I don’t think that is too much to ask.
