Incredible noodles. Will get again.
I really loved these noodles, everything from how they are packaged to the ingredient list.First, this is the 6 pack box and there are so many noodles for such a good value. Love that!Second, the boodles are dehydrated and wound up in portion sizes. If you want to fix the whole box at once, have right at it, but if you just want two portions, its easy to just grab two.Third, the ingredient list is easy to read. Its just two simple ingredients. Brown rice flour and water. Making them gluten free. And probably celiac friendly as well since it doesn’t say its processed in a facility that handles gluten. If you follow the cooking instructions and cook at the recommended time, you get the perfect thai noodle that has the perfect chew, taste, and texture.

Taste good, easy to make
Nice noodles that are tasty and easy to prepare. They are pretty plain tasting themselves, but they really soak in the flavor of any sauces that are added to them, so it's very easy to make a tasty dish with them. Plus, they go great with pretty much any set of veggies. I would recommend these from a taste perspective.

Not a Fan
Being gluten free, I have used different types of rice based pasta. Some are better than others. I know they can be used with different sauces or cuisines. I used mine with a chicken stirfry instead of rice. My mother likes ramen noodles and I tried the stirfry with these. It was just okay. I don't care for the taste but if I put lots of seasoning, I can eat them. I would not buy again.

Great Rice Noodles!
Rice noodles are super useful to have around - of course they’re great for Pad Thai or your other favorite Asian noodle dish, but they’re also a wonderful gluten free substitute for wheat based noodles in other meals as well. And, as far as rice noodles go, these seem to be pretty good ones. They’re quite easy to cook, boiling in water just like any other noodle, but generally cooking faster. They seem to be made of good quality ingredients and - if cooked properly according to the directions and rinsed / drained according to directions as well (the rinsing is extra important for rice noodles so that they don’t stick), they have a great texture as well.As far as taste, they are - as are most rice noodles - fairly neutral or “bland” but that’s expected with rice noodles. The key to these noodles is what you use them for / what you put around them. They are neutral tasting to let the flavors of the REST of the dish shine through and these noodles do that very well indeed. Try them with a bold sauce for the best results or as a substitute in your favorite recipe - the choice is yours. Just give them a try today and you’ll be a convert - and healthier for the effort!

Great Brown Rice Noodles for Making Vegetable Dishes. No Sodium! Organic!
These noodles cook up well and have a pleasant neutral flavor! They contain only brown rice and water! I like to cook them up and then while I'm doing that, put a bunch of vegetables (for example, sweet potato, cauliflower, onion, mushrooms, bok choy, garlic) in a wok with some olive oil and shoyu; maybe also some spicy sauce or a little red pepper. Then combine and you have a fine lunch. These noodles mix up well and retain a good texture. The box contains six 8-ounce packs (dry) and each makes enough for 2-3 (or more, depending how much you add to it). They are very good and worth trying if they fit into your budget (about $4.60 a meal or pack). Organic, gluten free, plus the best bonus for us: Sodium Free!

I like it; about $2.5 per meal per person; noodles are not very wide
About the noodles:The noodles are not as wide as those served in our local Thai restaurants, but I don't mind the difference. And this organic Pad Thai noodles tastes good without any strange flavors.Value:It comes in a cardboard box containing six smaller cardboard packages. Each small package holds approximately 230 grams of noodles, but their weight increases significantly after boiling due to water absorption. That serves a meal for a family of two. So, basically around $2.5 per person per meal.I think the price is on the expensive side (slightly, but still much cheaper than ordering from restaurants), perhaps due to its organic and gluten-free nature.I'm giving it a 4.5-star rating.

good noodles
These noodles are great. Love how they are packaged so it's easy to make a smaller portion. The flavor is wonderful and they are so versatile. Can easily use these in a soup, casserole, with any kind of sauce. Truly some of my favorite noodles ever.
