Recently purchased the PA920 webcam from papalook. I would like to have another opportunity to connect the webcam and to the TV, but I don’t know how to do it yet, there is a hole for installing the webcam on a tripod, so the webcam can be either installed on a monitor or installed on a tripod nearby, thank God, his is availability also present. I bought a webcam a couple of weeks ago ... I need a webcam for work, I often communicate on Skype with business partners, and for conducting online seminars (webinars). The quality of the transmitted video is simply superb! The webcam automatically finds faces and focuses on the highest quality image. Also very pleased with the microphone built into the camera, the sound quality is excellent, the camera automatically suppresses noises that interfere with communication. Drivers are very easy to install. The webcam requires minimum requirements, it will work even with a fairly weak computer. In the settings menu of the webcam, you can customize the camera to suit any requirements! Also, the webcam can be used as a video surveillance camera for a computer or office! Turn on this feature, and the camera will automatically turn on video at the slightest movement in the room! So for such a short period of use, the webcam showed itself, only with a good side. I recommend to buy.

I've been using this for a month and a bit with all the various applications. This is actually my first Webcam for my computer - before I just used my Phone or Tablet - this has just increased my convenience What's good: - Plug and Play, didn't have to install any drivers - Looks pretty stylish, matte black front - Clear LED's. BLUE = Camera Is Active RED = Camera Is Deactivated - Picture quality is true 1080, it's quite wide and not stupidly cropped - definitely above average as far as skype calls would go in terms of quality. - Microphone is good provided you aren't playing stupidly loud music or something, the voice is natural (not compressed or distorted) What I'm not a fan of: - Wish the mechanism for attachment to be more secure, it simply relies on the ridge of your monitor and gravity to stay in place. Occasionally when I knock my monitor I notice it moves a bit. That said... I don't know how best to attach it to a monitor in a universal way other than a clip type of method. - I think the brand name on the front is a bit unnecessary, but it is pretty subtle. - Wish it had a chip in it to remember whether it was disabled or not, or had a physical on/off USB current switch on the back to deactivate the cam (for privacy concerns)

Well it works at ok resolution if use different apps but basically got a, weird ultra wide lens so when your close to the camera you look like your heads in a goldfish bowl sadly

I tried several other cameras including the lower priced appaloosa one. None did the job I needed. Most were poor quality. But not the appaloosa ones. Even the cheaper one had a good picture. This camera allows for screen or tripod mounting and has a zoom button built in. The twin microphones give great sound and the most important part to me, was that at a distance, the lines were not distorted. Actually there was a bit of distortion, but it was tiny compared to others. I am using thus to deliver Zoom Karate classes, so full body and room display was the need. Very expensive but you get what you pay for. Fabulous quality that really works.

The item is described as plug and play yet with a macbook pro this is not the case. Is there a driver that needs to be downloaded or any help I can get as this is very frustrating and seems like a complete waste of money!

Very stylish and we'll designed. Comes with a nifty Tripod should you need one. Also can easily be clipped above on your monitor. I tested the video quality, and found it to be excellent as is the sound from 2 x built in mics. Using Win 11,it requires no Installation other than plug it into USB port. Win 11 will do the rest! Easily integrates with Teams, Zoom Facebook and the rest. Highly recommended

The papalook Webcam PA920HD is a great value webcam for streamers or for video conferencing. The biggest selling point of the papalook PA920HD is undoubtedly its wide viewing angle and great resolution. This allows for crisp images of room-wide pictures. This is great for group streamers or video conferencing. The tripod provided is also a nice touch, allowing for easier mounting or setting up home video viewing. Low light image quality is passable, but not expected at this price point.

Bought on behalf of a friend to contact their daughter overseas. The requirement was for a low profile, HD cam that would sit on a TV attached to a mini pc and this turned out to be ideal. It was recognised by the Win 10 set up and a successful skype call was initiated. The camera itself is well finished and responds very well with no discernible lag - of course this is dependent on the connection speed and PC, but it gave nice results. If you need to mount it on the supplied - or any other - tripod, this can be done too. There is a download mentioned in another review if you are having issues - I didn't need this but installed it anyway...this gives you an app to change some settings on the camera. As far as my experience went, it worked out the box and very well too.

It seems that most zoom participants use older laptops or phones. this is very clear, excuse the pun but my new Papalook camera is very clear & much sharper than most of the attendees on my zoom meetings!

Siempre he sido reacio a las webcams, pero ahora teletrabajando ya no he podido escaquearme más. Por el precio era esperable, pero aun así estoy gratamente sorprendido con la calidad de imágen, buena relación calidad / precio visto que con esto del teletrabajo ahora todas las cámaras de ciertas prestaciones son bastante caras. La cámara es totalmente plug and play, no hay necesidad de instalar ningún tipo de driver en Windows 10. Se conecta mediante cable USB, el extremo de la cámara es un conector USB-C, y el cable es largo. Incorpora 2 micrófonos con reducción de ruido, se escucha bastante bien una vez solventes cualquier problema de retorno si utilizas altavoces en lugar de cascos, pero todo eso es tema de configuración, que se da con cualquier micro. El volumen de los micrófono es bastante alto, yo he tenido que bajarlo al 20% para evitar el sonido de retorno desde los altavoces. Los microfonos funcionan estupendamente con Alexa para Windows, con apenas errores en el reconocimiento de voz (los pocos que he tenido ha sido con ruido de fondo), así que me ahorro comprarme un echo que tenía pensado para la habitación, ya que el PC nunca se apaga. La calidad de imágen es muy buena. Incluso en entornos con poca luz la imágen es bastante correcta. La lente tiene un gran ángulo de visión, no llega a 180 grados, pero 140-160 seguro que tiene, así que no sólo aparecerás tu en una video conferencia, sino que se verá media habitación... procura tenerla recogida si vas a hablar con tu jefe. Esto la hace ideal para charlas familiares ya que con tanto ángulo de visión, no hay problema para que entre bastante gente en la imágen, perfecta para el próximo confinamiento. Tiene un ligero efecto ojo de pez pero en los laterales, no es muy apreciable. Trae la típica tapita para evitar "intrusos curiosos", que encaja perfectamente al cuerpo de la cámara. De todos modos tiene un LED indicador de color azul que se enciende cuando la cámara está capturando imagen. Si no quieres colocarla encima de tu monitor, o prefieres utilizarla para realizar otro tipo de vídeos y no video conferencias, incluye además un trípode bastante normalito, pero que cumple su función perfectamente.

Hier bekommt man eine 2k Weitwinkel Webcam. Das Bild ist wirklich gut und der Weitwinkel ebenfalls. Einziges manko ist die Möglichkeit reinzuzoomen, das gestaltet sich ein wenig schwierig. Wenn man den Punkt erreicht hat an dem man am weitesten Reingezoomt hat, dann geht das direkt wieder an den Anfang, es stoppt also nicht im weitesten Zoom
