My crystals were exposed to warm temperatures and it solidified into a brick. No problem just scrape off a piece.

After trying this product the first time I have a hard time imagining being anywhere without a few of these crystals. Not that you need to use them everyday but its nice to have just in case. I originally bought these crystals to help my 2 babies under 2 clear up their colds. My husband and I put a few crystals in the bottom of the tub, place the stopper in the drain, turn on the shower and close the bathroom door to create a steam room effect. Once the bathroom is nice and steamy we take the girls in and let them inhale the steam. 3 to 10 minutes is enough. The mucus starts to break up within a few hours. We do this once a day until they are nice and clear. I also use it in my oil diffuser at night during the winter months. It really lends to a peaceful nights sleep. I love how it helps my girls have peace to sleep at night.

LIKE OTHERS I HAVE BOUGHT, BUT at A GREAT PRICE WITH FAST DELIVERY TO ARIZONA. I started using this to make bath soap. It gives you a great wake up aroma, clears the lungs and stops skin irritations from hot az. weather. I then found by adding 2 tablespoons full to a bottle of hair conditioner after melting (microwave} then shaking well, it helped with scalp irritations from sweating outside at work in July.. Had a minor cold and dropped a 1/2 tsp into hot microwaved water in a clean yogurt cup, inhaled to clear my lung congestion. I found lots of medicinal uses online, love this product. A pound will last a long time. Don't go too heavy at first, to see if you are skin sensitive.

This is a bag full of menthol crystals. Not powder, claiming to be crystals. They are magnificent!! Each crystal is very potent, so be mindful of that when using. I've purchased this item before, and will continue to.

lots of nice big crystals, powerfully scented (for lack of a better word), Wasn't labelled as Starwest Botanicals so I doubt that was the source considering the rate Starwest charges for menthol. Anyhow, it seems to be a good buy

we had been having a significant ant problem. I read that during these methyl crystal would help in deterring the ants from crossing their barrier. I found them effective. They do have a bit of a strong smell, but it is not unpleasant. I would highly recommend

I use this in my arthritic rub.
