I have used philips trimmers before but this Time i am very dissatisfied!!! It's not even been a year old and I am told that the blades need to replaced,which apparently does not come with warranty but philips and amazon both fail to put it in the selling page.. and to make things worse , service centre tells me to 650 rupees to get the blades replaced for a product which showcases itself with 3 years warranty.. i can put in 400 more and get new trimmer.. rather then paying 650 each year for blades alone.. FYI philips sells it's trimmers at 3times the price of other trimmers in market,so i was expecting better quality..

I used some of the primitive style Phillips trimmer long back, my experience with Phillips has not been great specially due to battery back up. I then switched to a similar product from Panasonic, turned out it was worse !! Then fast forward, bought this pretty thing, i wasn't expecting too much but this is a game changer really !! Literally blown my mind with a clean performance and superb runtime. I have used it only once and i can tell with all my guts, this is one of the finest Phillips ever made. Comes in great packing and with useful attachments, switching may be a bit time consuming if you are going for full body kinds, but general mode (beard/stubble) is convenient. It is waterproof, blade can be cleaned under running water, less noisy as compared to old variants. Hope it lasts longer and doesn't disappoint.
