Love the cinnamon and turmeric, may help fight parasites overall; I always brew this tea with alkaline water to further assist the healthy attributes of this tea; usually I mix with several tea bags like nettle, yerba mate, dandelion etc.

The flavor is warm, soothing, and perfectly balanced — you can really taste each ingredient without anything being overpowering. It has a naturally comforting spice that makes it great for relaxing in the evening, and I appreciate that it’s completely caffeine-free so I can enjoy it anytime. I also like that it’s 100% natural with no additives. The tea bags are well-made, and the large pack is an excellent value — it lasts a long time without losing freshness. It brews into a beautiful golden color and has a clean, smooth finish.

I like the Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon tea. I did notice a calming effect for my fibromyalgia/AMPS symptoms. It has a delicious, soothing taste. The quality is good. I enjoy it. The quality is very good and it’s a nice drink during the afternoon and evening.

This is an acquired taste. But it really helps me with my inflammation. I put honey and a cinnamon stick in my cup wow it is brewing. I look forward to having my mom cup a tea

The tea is delicious and deserves five stars. Unfortunately, the tea bags are made of plastic. Pouring boiling water over plastic makes this healthy tea very UNhealthy.

Very good for you and great product. Add a little honey and you're good to getting healthier!

This is how I prepared it: Heated 200ml of water in microwave for 150 seconds (2&half minutes) till water started boiling. Dipped 1 tea bag in the hot water for 5 minutes. Squeezed out the tea bag. The aroma and blend are just perfect. None of the 3 ingredients (Turmeric, Ginger and Cinnamon) over power each other. Perfect Aroma and blend of Turmeric, Ginger & Cinnamon. With every sip I get a pleasant and subtle taste and smell of all 3 ingredients. I think 1 cup (of 200ml) of this tea makes for a great addition to my diet. With 120 tea bags that’s a cool 4 months supply of tea. That’s under 12p a cup of tea - just perfect in every way. CAUTION: The turmeric can stain if you accidentally drop or rub it on your clothes - so be careful when you’re wearing light coloured clothes, not to drop it or wipe it on your clothing. In the last photo I shared, you can see the turmeric stain on my palm, fingers and nails.

This is a delicious tea and I absolutely love it! However, it is very disappointing that the tea bags are made of plastic. I am opening the tea bags and pouring the contents into a metal tea ball to avoid plastic residue. 5 stars for the tea but 1 for the actual tea bag itself
