Is this a Cruelty Free product? Do they test on animals?

I couldn't find any information about this being a cruelty free product. I want to thank the two people below who explain the Draize test which is completely unnecessary, and about L'Oreal who spends millions of dollars defending their rights to animal test. I will add this to the list of products I want use, thank you!

is this product silicone free?

From online: Our leave-in conditioner's technology is infused with argan oil and plant keratin for long-lasting frizz control even in 97% humidity. Why do they say no silicones if there are silicones? Weird.

does it contain alcohol?

Yes. It is loaded with different alcohola which isn't good. One type is bad enough, but this has 3 types of alcohol in it, and a lot of it. It's too high up in the list for my comfort.

Can you use this product on clean but dry hair? Used another shine cream after blowdrying/straightening to get the whispies out but can't find anymore

Yes, but like the other person said just not as much as you would use when your hair is wet. Sometimes I put some in my hair when it's dry for frizz and to "tame" it a little. I put like a dime size amount or so and rub it in my palms then smooth it over my hair concentrating at the ends mostly.
