Aquaguard Sure Delight RO+MC 1X Water Purifier | Free Service Plan worth ₹2000 | India’s #1 Water Purifier | Suitable for Borewell & Tanker Water | 30x Impurity Removal vs Local Purifiers

The RO installation service was smooth and hassle-free. The technician was professional, explained everything properly, and completed the installation neatly. The RO is working perfectly fine, and I’m satisfied with the overall service and experience.

Good product. Easy to install. After purchase, one can download the Eureka Forbes App (directions given in purchase). Then one can set a date for installation and they will call you. The technician will come and install it and check water pressure and then upload the details on the App (from his side) and explain to you about the machine. The 1-year warranty becomes active online via the App (no paper work needed). The machine also comes with a free water purity measurement digital meter which one can use to measure the water purity. Overall a good product. The machine has capacity of 5 liters approximate (more or less) and fills to full capacity in 15-20 minutes.

"The product itself is great and does exactly what it promises. The water tastes noticeably better, and the build quality of the Aquaguard is good and fits perfectly in my kitchen. Amazon's delivery was right on time. However, getting the free installation done was a bit of a hassle. It took the Eureka Forbes team about 3-4 days and a few follow-up calls to finally send a technician. The product is a solid 5/5, but I'm deducting a star for the delayed installation service. Still, a good buy if you have a little patience."

Excellent installation service by Aquaguard! The technician (Prem Zlke- 2001544) was professional, punctual, and completed the installation smoothly. Very satisfied with the overall service and would definitely recommend it.

So first I'll go with why one star less then would go on for 4 stars 1. why this ro purifier so cheap? because it reduced TDS to a very low level of 20-16 to regulate it needs an additional device taking cost up by 300 then no pre filter is in the box, another 1200-1500 additional cost for that. And most importantly Eureka forbes has an excellent service but they need feedback of that service desperately, it got installed last evening and they are after me to give a review immediately, if possible while on call 2. yes the 4 stars, prompt installation, which is included in the price serbice guy was polite and did his job well. infact service installation was scheduled for a day later, but he himself requested to come a day early and install 3. product looks sturdy and reliable for which we pay to Eureka Forbes, they are one of the best in the business. 1 year of maintenance is included hoping won't have to pay premium for maintenance.
