Ordered black color. Received red. Material is very good. It’s very spacious too. Hence can compromise with color. Would still like to with black if available. Sending wrong product is not ok @Amazon!

Too heavy
The quality is good but bag is too heavy with keeping any items in it . Disappointed. Not able to use for daily purposes.

Tough to open zipper
This product of course look good and so many pockets to organise stuff But i wasn’t able to open the zipper with one hand. It was bad model. parents can’t open it while holding baby and we Will be needing another person just for opening the bag itself. I used the bag twice and haven’t used it again and is occupying space.
