I've been taking this for months and months, it's brilliant. I actually can't do without it now. It helps so much with my stomach. 10/10 recommend. Originally ordered off Tik Tok, but Amazon is better in terms of postage time and cost.

I find these excellent. I have always had trouble with my tummy and I the first tablets I have found that actually work. Easy to take, just one a day keeps my tummy on top form. I would recommend.

You can tell it is good quality product by the packaging as well as it being made in the UK. they are the same size as a a normal tablet so it is easy to use. This contains multiple strains of probiotics which studies suggest is better overall that a single strain so it is good value for money. Fennel and ginger are also in the product but do not effect the taste at all.

Having taken these probiotics for just over a week, I’m aware it’s still early days, but the initial signs are genuinely encouraging. The capsules themselves are very easy to swallow — smooth and effortless, with no unpleasant aftertaste, which already sets them apart from many others I’ve tried. It’s a small detail, but it contributes to the overall sense of quality. What I’ve noticed most is a certain quietening of the stomach. Things feel calmer, more settled. There’s been noticeably less gas and bloating, and a general sense of improved comfort that wasn’t there before. It’s not dramatic or overwhelming — more of a gentle shift towards balance. It feels like a supplement that works subtly rather than aggressively, which I personally prefer. Of course, after only a week it’s too soon to make any grand claims, but based on how I feel so far, I’m optimistic and very happy to continue. At this stage, I would certainly say it shows the signs of being a very good quality supplement, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the benefits develop further.

No further issues experience with gut Works for me

On mounjaro and find this really helps with digestion problems. Also got the fibre gummies but these just made me feel bloated so stopped them

When I started taking these, I was very skeptical, but I was willing to give these a try. I found eating bread, anything that contained flour, would leave me in so much gut pain, it felt like I'd been kicked in the guts... Now I am on my 4th box of these and the change is amazing. I can now have a basic sandwich and not have the gut pain, I'd get later. My stomach is less bloated and the pain has gone. It took a few days, when I first started the capsules, to feel the results. I'm going to the bathroom easier, since that was another side affect of my gut problems. I am so glad I have found these and will continue taking these.
