Works!
I started taking it a month ago, and I got my period naturally yesterday for the first time in years. I wanted to get off birth control, and I went off 2 months ago to see if I could get my period naturally. I also started a vegetarian diet 2 months ago, and I also take this brand’s Ovasitol. I would recommend :)

Get this if you have PCOS!
Waited about 2 months to write a review on this to see if it really made a difference and….. IT DID! I have PCOS and wanted something natural to help with my insulin levels and just help balance me out. After taking this once a day everyday I really felt a difference in how I feel. It helped me get fuller faster, my mood, and second month of taking it I got out period after not having it for months! It really balanced me out and I hope it can help others with PCOS too! If you’re debating on what brand of berberine to get GET THIS ONE if you have PCOS! I saw that this was the best one to buy based off certain studies on women with PCOS and i’m here to say believe it!

Quality was great as I hoped for! Capsules aren’t too large made them easy to sallow. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. I did include this to my regular routine of other products so it seems to be effective so far!

It doesn’t do anything I got a cheaper version of this that took away my hunger so I thought this one (being more expensive and claiming to absorb more ) would work better it didn’t at all , super disappointed
