They have provided the cheap quality mdf board,which bent from centre and has become prone of falling and bed become noisy

Long Review Alert !!!!!!! Sharing it after using the bed for 20 days now. Attached is a video of replaced bed and pics of damaged one received. 1stly- It's a good product, 5 star it could have been, if I would have received the bed in 1st delivery. I received a broken damage piece in 1st delivery. It was inconvenient both for me and seller To get it replaced. It's not a small product to wait for replacement. I must appreciate RK Furniture to get it replaced. hats off for that. They are also all the time available on WhatsApp that's another plus to them. 2ndly - They send it thru Gati and at the time of delivery only one delivery person comes and they ask for help to get it from delivery vehicle till the home. It's usually not so when a furniture being delivered they arrange for helpers to deliver it till doorstep. At the 1st delivery my husband was home so he managed to get it till home. I must mention that it's a very heavy bed when all it's pieces come packed in a single package. It must be atleast a 150kgs package. It was an inconvenience for us to get the delivery till home. And getting this heavy package replaced was not convenient again. It was kept in the bedroom for 7 days till it's replacement comes. And for replacement no one is going to pack the damaged piece received, we have to pack it ourselves coz gati person will just come and stand at your doorstep to take the packed parcel that too alone if we don't ask them to get a helper along with him. When I asked for a helper at 2nd delivery , they asked for an additional amount. When I shared this with the seller he got that additional charge waved off thats a plus again at sellers part. 3rdly this bed doesn't require anyone to assemble it. It can be fixed easily on our own accept for few points to remember. The mdf planks that are to be put on the sheesham frame may need help as it's not exact size of the frame..few centimetres bigger they are . So in the beginning when we were fixing we felt we will have to may be call a carpenter to make it little smaller. Then we used our brains and loosened up the nuts from all sides and put the planks 1st then tightened the nuts at the end. For installation I got a call after 2 days of delivery. 4thly it's a strong bed , will be there with us forever I believe. It's asthetic if you like low height beds. Good for our joints. It's easy to clean from under the bed as it's easy to wipe with a broom and a flat mop. Over all happy with the purchase just unhappy with the initial 7 days of replacement jazz. 1st delivery was on 3rd May 2025 and 2nd was on 10th May 2025.

Worth it. Strong and sturdy. Easy to install. Minor scratches during transportation.

Pros: The product which I received is the same as in image most of the time online platform people showcase differently and send some damage or fault product I am happy to receive the kingsize bed up to the mark Cons:- Amazon or the sell should mention that the installation out of there region is not available Pros for installation :- seller have guide and was ready to help in what’s app video call and instruction how to install it Along with the bed seller have send all the required toll along with the bed which made the installation early It took me hardly 30 to 45 min for installation as this was one time activity Highly recommend I hope seller should get more order and should expand his business and have technician in other territories also on the same day as an add on as mostly people are not familiar with the mechanical fittings 4.5 star from my side
