I was using an garden hose from Costco which works ok, but hose management always a mess, then I got another manual hose reel for that hose, then it becomes an nightmare to manually release and retract the hose. Then I found this one recommended from others, it’s really a breeze for my garden! Highly recommended it.The release and retract works so good, a whole new experience for me, never felt easy as it. The hose is also soft and flexible.The multi pattern nozzle feels sturdy.The installation is fairly easy, just four screws to my fence stud.Overall is a pretty good product with reasonable price! Definitely worth the price!

installed this a few days ago. after the first attempt hit a snag: i drilled into a pipe in the wall. if i was a half inch either way i would have missed is, seems that i'm a sniper with a drillpros:- length. more than i need- hose width. i purposely choose the bigger hose because of the pressure on that length of hose- retractable mechanism. works great, you do have to let it pull fast to coil correctly- nozzle. good nozzle with a handy trigger which sits on every position. lots of spray patterns. bit too many if you ask mecons:- although the hose seems stiff, you can pinch it. not a big deal- for the price i would love to see some quick connectors. especially for the nozzle. the nozzle does not swivel from the hoze and would be handy to easily take of the nozzle

I bought two hose reels. The product worked very well all last summer. We disconnected and stored in our basement. Sunday we put them out - tested and found one of the sprayer nozzles is leaking alongthe seam.Here is where the problem begins. In the listing there’s much ado about 2;year warranty and a response within 12 hours! Unfortunately the service support email isn’t working both from the manufacturers website nor Amazon.So I called Amazon who were not helpful and gave me a 1-800 number that was bogus !, What gives ? Is customer service and follow through a thing of the past? STAY AWAY from this company.
