It is larger than I thought, but definitely is up to heavy batter. I’m grateful that I didn’t get the larger one! It is a sturdy whisk and I like that it is stainless steel!!!

The most effective function of a large ballon whisk is how lightweight it should feel to prevent fatigue plus featuring a narrow metal construction for effective beating at high manual speed. This feels too heavy in hand and worst still the metal ends are thick, way thicker than the other whisks I've used and owned (balloon size or not). A thinner construction cuts through the ingredients much more effectively.

Whisk is the most durable construction I’ve ever seen. The product is metal , which doesn’t bend .
