It stays noticeably cooler than regular pillows, especially helpful during night. The memory foam contours well to my head and neck, providing excellent support and helping reduce morning stiffness. The removable cover is soft, breathable, and easy to wash. Firmness: It's on the firmer side. Though very comfortable, but I needed slightly more height (by about 1 more inch) of the pillow. Length and width is fine.

Not a cooling pillow just memory foam
Itโs not a cooling pillow its just a normal memory foam pillow. Still a nice pillow but not a cooling one.

Nice pillow
I have been using this pillow from so many days its very comfortable and it retained the shape, even after few years of use also. This pillow relives neck pain, helping them wake up without any stiffness, and improves sleep quality. Additionally, the pillow keeps its shape well and offers excellent neck support. I'll recommend this who has neck related problems and who to sleep better.
