Boye 332680000GM Yellow Ergonomic Metal Crochet Hook, US Size G, 6" L (Pack of 2)

My mom has crocheted as long as I can remember but hasn't been able to much over the last few years because of arthritis. I got this for her and she has been crocheting almost every day! Says her hands don't hurt and cramp up on her and that it has a comfortable grip. She has always used a Boye hook and some other brands are not the same dimensions which is obviously what she's used to. So glad I found her G hook! Best gift I've gotten her in years

I may not be tge right one to write this as I am VERY partial to Boye hooks! I love these so much. Comfortable grip! Ease of use! Perfect tension!

I have been using my G-4.25mm Boye crochet hook for several hours, multiple days on a large project. The hook works as well as the all metal hooks and the rubber grip makes it easier to hold. My only complaint is that the white printing on the handle is very difficult to see and is rubbing off with use. I tried using fine point permanent mark but that rubs off too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I love these hooks and this was actually a replacement for my very well used and abused “g” hook, after several years the hook started to spin inside the handle so it was time for retirement

I love the feel of this hook to the point that when I needed to replace the orginial I just bought the same hook. You can't go wrong with the entire set either. The hand feels nice and velvety. It also isn't to big of a handle, but comfortable.

I had given up crocheting for several years because holding the hook caused pain in my hand. Now I can use the Boye hooks and have no problem. I am crocheting up a storm, making and selling crocheted items at local craft fairs. I have a hook in this same size in another brand, but I much prefer the Boye brand.

Does not stay in the rubber holder and information wears off so you can not see the size after a while. This is the second one I bought. First through Amazon. I thought the first one might have had a defect so I bought a second one. Now I am in the middle of a project trying to find a replacement. I originally loved this hood because I have rheumatoid arthritis and it helped to the fact I could work longer on projects before having to stop. Now I am trying to remember the size I am using so that I can replace with completely different hook . This sucks.

I found the handle shape too angular and too hard for my hand. I was expecting a softer handle.
