This belt is really comfortable and provides exceptional support when performing heavy lifts. I considered a lot of different options before purchasing this belt and I have to say I’m very impressed with it. The material it is made from feels great against the skin and it isn’t as bulky as some of the leather belts I’ve seen, which I really like because you can wear it under a T-shirt if you prefer. The straps are really strong and you can pull it incredibly tight, giving a great amount of support to your lower back. I’m 6ft 3 with a 35 inch waist and the size M is a perfect fit. A while ago I injured my back doing deadlifts without a belt, but now using this I feel confident to lift heavier than ever before, without the fear of injury. I highly recommend this belt! It has made a huge difference to my workouts and my confidence when training.

Belt arrived very quickly, unfortunately it is far to small. I am a 33 jean size and ordered a small. The belt is an inch off even touching the hook part of the Velcro so I can't fasten it. To help other people with size I would suggest you measure around your stomach (I am 38" without breathing in). This belt does fit my girlfriend who is a size 10 so I will just keep it. The customer care from this company is excellent they sent me a new medium belt with free of postage on both return and delivery of new belt. The new medium sized belt fits great it must be 6-8 inches longer than the small. I even wear mine loose when sitting at my desk to help keep my back straight. Edited. I must now tell the truth. After receiving the far to small belt I immediately ordered another thick 4" leather belt from a different company. When my leather belt came I loved it (so macho). Then my lightweight replacement medium sized belt arrived (not so macho). Tried both when deadlifting and squatting inside a trap bar and I must say the not so macho lightweight belt from Elite Body Squad is far superior. The leather belt sticks into my ribs and restricts movement (but looks really cool). The non macho belt from Elite gives me support where I need it (back) and allows me to bend over but doesn't look quite as macho.....No brainer really. Upped to 5 stars.

The weight lifting belt is as described. It is made of good quality product and great value for its price. It is small and lightweight which makes it easy to carry around or fit in a gym bag. Personally, I prefer these types of belts instead of leather ones, as they are much lighter and provide me with a good amount of support for my back without the belt sticking into my ribs. The belt did not fit me so I cannot say how it is like using it, but the company has allowed me to exchange the belt for a smaller size. I will update this review and rating after I had a chance to use the belt, but regardless, this is one of the better Amazon sellers.

I don’t normally write reviews because I think it’s reasonable to expect an item purchased to be as advertised and fit for purpose. I feel the need to write this as I’m so pleased with the product. During the lockdown period with my local gym closed, I decided to make use of the equipment I had at home. As I need to lift my barbell from the ground, I brought the weight lifting belt for that extra bit of security and support. I’m so pleased that I did. Even though I have a ‘back issue’ that flares up from time to time, I have had no such issues since using the belt. In fact, I must add that this is the second one I have purchased as I lost weight and needed the next side down. The Velcro has remained as good as the first time used and the belt has retained its stiffness and support. I chose the Elite Body Squad belt because I also use their weight lifting gloves. Despite almost daily use have stood the test of time. Obviously this is a brand that you can buy with confidence.

This is my 2nd time buying this product my first one the velcro lost its stickyness because of too many materials sticking to it (my fault) but it lasted me 2yrs ao the product is good quality. I ordered again the same size but the strap seems to be smaller then my previous one hence the 3 stars as when i go heavy on squats the velcro pops off. May need to order a medium instead of small, my waist is the same size the question about maybe i have put on weight doesnt apply.

I recently started to get into some heavy (at least for me) lifts and it was recommended to me to get a belt. I'll be totally honest it was the cost of this belt that attracted me to it plus it's good reviews so i thought i'd give it a go. The belt arrived quickly and i've been using it for a few weeks now. I find the belt itself to be very well made and fits well and it's certainly giving the help and support i need. My one criticism would be the sizing of the belt, i'm a 34" waist so ordered the small as recommended and it wasn't even close to fitting me so had to send it back in exchange for a medium which fits me well but only on the almost minimum fix, should i get any leaner this will become too big for me and it would appear there's no inbetween size for me between the small and medium sizes which would be a shame as i like this belt. In a nutshell if you're reading this you're thinking of buying one, would i recommend it to you, yes.

Arrived quickly from seller and really pleased with the product itself. I have a bad back and doing weights often aggravates it but wearing this belt made a huge difference and I had hardly any discomfort the next day. You can definitely feel it keeping your lower back straight and supported and it's more comfortable to wear the the old school leather ones. I actually wear it for all my strength training workouts now not just traditional weight lifting workouts. I find it's really good for body-weight based exercises too, such as pull/push ups, as it keeps my back straight. Highly recommend it for anyone with back issues. I'm actually purchasing another one for my partner, who doesn't even have back problems, to assist with technique and act as a preventative measure.

I've been training for sometime now and have come to a time where I want to increase the weight I lift. Primarily, I decided to buy a belt due to my squat wieght increasing thus feeling the pressure of the wieght in my lower back. Hence,to be safe when I lift I wanted to get a belt that would provide adaquate support to this lower back area. I shopped round and stumbled upon the Elite Body Squad which I recognised as a brand due to positive past experience. I have brought wieght lifting gloves, barbell neck cover and a towel from them in which all except for the gloves which lasted me for 4 years I still use to this day. Hence I decided to buy a belt from them due to not being disappointed in their other product range. The product is great I've only used it for a short time but it fits fiirmly round my waist alleviating any pressure or strain that I felt in my lower back before. I am glad I stuck to my gut and purchased with Elite again. I do recommend their product range.

Der Gürtel erfüllt seinen Zweck, wurde sehr schnell geliefert und ist extrem günstig. Für den normalne Hobby-Kraftsportler vollkommen ausreichend, Für den Profi-Powelifter wohl eher nicht geeignet, der muss schon im dreistelligen Preisbereich suchen.

Der Gürtel tut genau was er soll. Hält schon ne Weile und lässt sich vor allem sehr schnell an- und abmachen. Ich benutze ihn für Kniebeuge und Stoßen. Für mich ist leider sogar S zu groß (weiblich, 175 cm, 73 kg). Wenn ich ganz bis zum Anschlag anziehe, reicht es gerade so eben.
