Hi Karen, Amazon used to carry stamp pad refills for the Mine Stamp markers, however, I see that they are presently not available. Check with https://www.thegrommet.com/minestamp-extra-inking-pads. Price is $5. Other sellers have lower prices so check total cost, including shipping. I hope this helps.

letter height is approx 0.35cm, letter width is approx 0.2cm. Seems to be a good size for a clothing label.

Does the ink bleed through to the other side of shirts and fabric?

On very thin clothing, yes, you can see the ink a bit from the other side, but the stamp is light enough that it doesn’t really bleed through in any significant way, and on a standard Carter’s t-shirt or similar, you don’t see the ink on the other side at all.
