The MSI Modern MD272QXPW 27-inch monitor has been a great upgrade. The picture quality is sharp, colors look vibrant, and the clean design fits nicely on my desk. The adjustable stand is very convenient, and setup was quick and easy. I did notice occasional inconsistencies with my wireless mouse and keyboard, but so far, resetting the monitor has resolved the issue. Overall, it’s a reliable, stylish display that I’m happy to recommend.

I bought this for my partner where she needed an upgrade from her 5+ years old dell monitor. She really wanted to go with a white monitor to match her white Logitech peripherals and wanted something that she could use for both work and some occasional gaming (sims 4 etc). The matte WQHD display looks incredible and is crystal clear with great colour accuracy (115% SRGB). It also has a very respectable 1ms response time (MPRT) and 4ms (GtG) as well. She loves the overall aesthetic of the monitor and it does look fantastic on her desk. It has a very simple, clean and slim look where it isn't bulky at all. It also comes with a usb-c alt display port and 65w power delivery. This means she can charge her laptop and use the monitor as a display with one cable. Just be aware that 65W PD isn't enabled out of the box and has to be toggled on via menu > settings. The 100Hz refresh rate gives a nice smooth feel to the monitor and is a good step up from her previous 60Hz monitor. However, I do wish MSI released this with 120hz/144hz as then buying this monitor would be a no brainer. I also found the buttons felt a bit fiddly/clunky when navigating the menu and would prefer if MSI had used the button wheel they tend to use on their gaming monitor range. Overall, I'd highly recommend this monitor if you're after a white monitor, can take advantage of the usb-c alt DP + 65W PD on a laptop and want to do some gaming as well. It's definitely an all-rounder and we're both really pleased with it.

Excellent - the best monitor I have ever had and that includes samsung and older apple monitors. It looks great with mac mini and mac keyboard.

This is definitely the best screen I've bought. I've held off giving a review, and have had this screen for over a year now. The base is nice and sturdy, solid, doesn't feel cheap, this is proved by how easy it is to move the screen, which can be raised and lowered simply by pushing from the bottom or top, as it slides up and down. The screen also can be swiveled so you can view it in portrait or landscape. This is fantastic, as i have now got 2 screens, and one is portrait (vertical) and the other is landscape (normal). They have multiple settings for display brightness and other settings to most/ very likely get to a visual setting which you will be comfortable with. I spend 10 hours plus each day in front of these screens and my eyes are not tired, each person is different, but i would recommend these to anyone.

When I first built my PC around 9 years ago, I had an HP 1080p monitor. Over those 9 years I’ve upgraded my PC a couple of times and can easily play games at 1440p (Have no interest in playing at 4K) So naturally I wanted to upgrade to a 1440p monitor and decided on this one. It was a great price (got it on offer) and the specs are great for said price. It’s well built, looks awesome, easy to put together, has plenty of connections. The brightness is pretty decent too. Overall it’s pretty great for gaming and have no problems with any game I’ve played on so far at 1440p. The only thing I would say it’s lacking is sound quality, which is why I’ve only given this 4 stars. The built in speakers lack power and I would recommend using external speakers or a soundbar or something. I mean for the price I paid for it, I’m not going to complain. Still a great monitor for the price.

Great monitor for an amazing price works well with my Mac Mini.

I bought this monitor to pair with my Mac Mini M2 Pro, is a simple plug and play. I was hoping it would come with a thunderbolt cable but maybe that is too much to ask for. You would be surprised how vivid the display is and how closely it matches to the retina display on my Macbook pro 2019. I bought it for light gaming, productivity at uni and design. It might not be the best for design, but I still need to do some testing. Will update if I'll need to cover some more or drop down the rating, but as of now, it is a fantastic buy for such a low price.

I had such high hopes for a reasonably priced 27 inch QHD monitor but was truly disappointed with the result. It looks great, very modern looking - clues in the name. But it doesn’t work? Having read numerous threads online it seems to be quite a common issue. MSI said to look at the manual…but there wasn’t one. I could get the screen to turn on but it would not display the output from my laptop with HDMI. I couldn’t get the buttons to switch the input from Display Port to HDMI. The forums said to try different combinations of cables until it showed what you wanted but after an hour or so trying different combinations with it being on and off etc. it still wouldn’t connect to my laptop properly. If you’re looking at this I’d recommend holding off and spending a bit more on something that’s a higher spec. And if you were hoping this was going to be a reasonably priced USB C monitor…it’s not.
