I love everything about this toaster...color,size, function.

This toaster is great looking. It also works well and I really like the fact that you can push the lever up part way to see how far the toast has browned.

Disappointed. I bought it new, yet it had scratch marks on the green paint. The tasting is not very even, but it is not horrible. Just not very good. And the worst part is, it does not pop up all the way when done, so you must manually lift it up to get the toast out. It pops up about 3/4th of the way up. What were they thinking??? I may return it.

I love my new toaster

This stopped working after 1 year of barely using it. For the money I paid for it, im buying a different brand. I sent the company a email and no response back. Yes, I followed the trouble shooting quick steps and nothing worked. The problem, the button/knob you press down, does not stay down anymore. I WAS a happy customer, its a beautiful toaster. For the cost of it, I expected it to last longer than one year. I went back to my dollar store toaster that I've had longer than I year and still works.

Love the color it was just what I was looking for. I do wish it had an automatic pop-up though for the toast.

This is a nice looking toaster. But… it toasts unevenly and unless I have the dial 3 or less it burns the toast. Leaving it at the same dial every day it seems to toast inconsistently,

I have no mechanical aptitude at all, zero, so if I'm doing something wrong here I'd be glad to know about it. I do think that by now I know how to operate a toaster, and I'm having trouble with this one. EDIT: This seller, Longdeem, contacted me during the week beginning with February 29, 2024, about the problems I had with this toaster. My main complaint, other than our Pop-Tarts and bagel thins getting stuck in it, was that the electric cord, which you're supposed to unplug when you're finished using it, got very, very hot, especially around the plug-in. This company was kind enough to offer to send me another toaster, and I received another Longdeem toaster, exactly like the one in the first order, and it's a world of difference. This one doesn't get too hot, doesn't burn everything we try to toast in it, and does a very good job of toasting everything we've tried. The cord stays completely cool, as does the plug-in, and doesn't make me worry about it catching on fire. The toaster still has a few features and settings I'm not yet very good at operating, but overall it's a great toaster. Sometimes one area on each slot will heat up, not two, and the rest stays cold. The heat setting is much more sensitive and accurate than on my original toaster, and I have to get used to that, but this is a good thing. Overall, I'm very happy with this toaster now that I have one that works properly. Sometimes, with mass production, you get a defective item, and in this case the manufacturer/seller stepped up very quickly to take care of the problem. I'm very happy with this now, but I can't remove all the negative things I said about the toaster earlier. I did bump this from one star to five, because my replacement toaster is definitely a great toaster. My dog is very glad to have our toaster back so he can have his bagel thins, and that's the most important feature of the toaster, next to the possible fire hazard with the old toaster. No problems with either now. I ordered this because of two features: I like to toast bagels, and this has wider slots than usual for that purpose and a setting just for bagels. I also like the lift and look feature which lets you see how close your bagels, frozen bread, fruit bread, or toast are getting to being toasted. I haven't used the thawing feature yet because it takes me long enough to toast a bagel slice. I have also noted that the electrical cord on this toaster gets very hot each time I use it *(.This doesn't happen with the new toaster we recently received from this seller.)* I read in the instructions that you need to unplug this toaster after using it every single time, and I can remember that. The cord doesn't get hot on this toaster. This toaster has some very good features, a special setting for bagels and another for fruit bread and frozen items. It sometimes toasts one side of a bagel thin, sometimes toasts both, and it's a pretty good bet that's caused by something I'm doing. I now highly recommend this toaster for all the reasons above. I'm very happy with the customer service at this company, who contacted me as soon as I wrote about the problems we were having with this toaster. My dog is now happy since he can have his bagel thins toasted in just a few minutes' time, and he lets me know when he's starving for a bagel thin by looking at the toaster and barking. I feel the same way he does, and we're both enjoying toasted bagel thins and English muffins and all manner of things now. Thanks to the nice people at

Nice looking toaster works well

This is the nicest toaster I have ever owned. Absolutely smart looking, high quality and easy to clean. There are no jagged or rough edges, stainless steel and powder coated finish. This is truly a nice retro looking product. Yes, it does toast very evenly and the settings are very well thought out. For my home made bread toasting it is perfect. You will love using this product and probably recommend it to others as I do.

Its been about a year and the toast is cooking uneven now which is soo disappointing. My last toaster lasted 10 years before breaking.
