Good addition for home workouts
I got this Pilates bar set because I like doing stretches before I go outdoor jogging and this looked like the perfect entry level home workout set that won't break the bank. The Pilates bar is covered in foam that provides comfort and stability during workouts. The 30 and 40 lbs resistance bands comes in two pairs allowing me to dictate how hard to push myself. The addition of a timer allows me to allocate time slots in between different exercises and helps me to track my progress whether I'm aiming for more reps, or longer holds. This really is a multi functional set that allows me to work up a sweat, stretch and grow stronger. The handy carry bag keeps everything neatly together and makes it easily portable. It's well-made and with proper care, should ensure years of workouts for years to come.

Die Lieferung war superschnell, alles ordentlich verpackt und das Gerät macht einen soliden Eindruck. Nur mit der Bildanleitung allein wäre ich wahrscheinlich etwas verloren, aber mit den YouTube-Videos als Anleitung funktioniert ein Anfänger-Trainer sehr gut.
