This coconut flour has a mild, sweet flavor. I use when making gluten free baked goods and everything comes out delicious. The flour is finely milled and easy to work with.

Tasty; misleading photo
This has a great coconut scent that is apparent before even opening the bag. The flavor is good and the texture is fine and consistent. I do think the photo is pretty misleading. It says “2-pack” on the image and shows two bags. It is just one bag, not one 2-pack. I get it, I just was confused because it seems to indicate that you get a pack of two bags.
