I use this as my snack at work..it’s delicious and I feel good about the protein and low calories. I mix it with a mug of hot water, it mixes pretty quickly. I love the sriracha kick. It is a bit pricey, but it’s so convenient and takes the place of my protein bar, so I’m ok with the cost. I’ve tried others on the market, this brand is my favorite!

This chicken bone broth powder adds a punch of pleasant flavor. It can be used as a drink, but I prefer to use it to flavor recipes. It adds both flavor and extra protein. I particularly like the added flavor when adding it to noodle and rice dishes. This powder comes in an 8 oz bulk sized Mylar package with a zippered top making it suitable for storage while using the powder. Used as a beverage, it has a pleasant taste and aroma and helps me get to the next meal with minimal calories. It's keto friendly with 1g carbohydrates and 10g protein per serving. I would mention that when using as a drink, I had hoped it would be easier to mix and dissolve. It was clumpy and took more effort to fully dissolve that I prefer (reflected in star rating). At $34.99 for an 8oz package, I find it to be a bit on the pricey side, but it is keto friendly, low calorie, and high in protein.

I got this to mix with my collagen peptides for a quick mix I could drink and enjoy, and it's great. It dissolves well, and the flavor is fantastic. It has a high sodium content, of course, which is probably one of the reasons why it's so delicious. Still, it's tasty, convenient, and helps make the collagen peptides more palatable. I would recommend.

Hands down my favorite- great taste - no crazy bite with the sriracha or causing any gastrointestinal issues- best sipping broth in my opinion - and the packets make it easy for travel

This is $35 at time of review, so with 15 servings, it's about $2.33 a serving or 10oz serving of bone broth. A quick search on amazon finds that this is on the high end for bone broth with similar ingredients. The powder dissolves pretty easily and the product is easy to use with the included scoop, although the product description photos show individual packets for this product. To clarify, this is a single large pouch with a scoop and you add one scoop (not packet) to 10oz of water. The taste is a bit underwhelming - maybe too much water, although I used the recommended amount? I personally could only take a few sips due to the taste and tossed the rest.

Love lonolife for there variety. The saracha chicken give chicken bone broth a bit of a flare. I usually add grass fed butter and either crlt sea salt, Redmond sea salt or my favorite Baja Gold.

Add a little Tabasco Siracha sauce to it.
