Not even close to the quality/taste of HVR
I won't buy this again. In no way is this product comparable to Hidden Valley Ranch. First, the first ingredient is salt, as opposed to HVR, in which salt is the third ingredient, after maltodextrin and buttermilk. Second, the powder isn't homogeneous--the green material (I assume to be dill) is in large flakes, and no matter how much you shake the container, it never mixes with the white powder. Third, there are no suggested proportions to use in making dressing or dip. Fourth, when I used the proportions on the HVR package, the result was a thin and salty dressing with the consistency of milk, so it ended up as a puddle in the bottom of the salad bowl.
