I wear these when I'm running and taking classes. I definitely get a good sweat on when working out, and these work very well at keeping it out of my eyes. I used to use cotton based sweat bands, and once those start reaching their maximum level of absorbency, they become heavy and even start dripping sometimes. Gross! These cooling headbands not only take in the sweat, but they also evaporate quickly, keeping you cool and dry. If I dry it out after using it, I usually get 2 to 3 uses out of them before they need to be washed, so they hold up well when it comes to not being smelly. The colors are simple, and go with pretty much any workout attire. The price is great for a three pack. Would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a nice sweatband

I needed something to make my caps more effective at keeping sweat out of my eyes when working or exercising outdoors in hot, humid conditions. This works well. It's thin enough to easily fit under the cap, yet is effective at blocking the drops of sweat. If, say after a half hour, sweat does start getting into the eyes, I just take off the sweat band, give it a firm squeeze in one hand to get rid of excess moisture, and put it back on. For routine cleaning I have been gentle with it. I rinse well in tap water and give it a firm squeeze (no wringing) before hanging it up to dry. That's been enough to prevent funky odors. When it's time to put it away for the winter, I plan to hand wash with a little liquid detergent (clear dish washing liquid or shampoo) before rinsing and air drying. It's worked very well for this entire summer, and I expect to be able to use it for many future summers.

Do a lot of running and sweat like crazy, so purchased these and another brand which is slightly different design. Both have their virtues and would rate them about the same. Like some other reviewers commented, these felt a little loose when first putting on, but fit just fine, dont slip, and do a good job of soaking up sweat. The other brand I bought I more stretchy and a little more flexible in terms of how you'd like to wear it. These do a good job of soaking up lots of sweat when I go for my runs. I've worn and washed them quite a few times and found the quality of the material and sticking etc. to be quite good. Would I buy these again? -- probably. I'm not overwhelmingly in love with them, but don't regret my purchase. Would recommend giving them a shot if you're checking them out and you want a standard style, synthetic material headband for sports or other purposes.

These work great. They fit around my fat head, which is a plus. When my wife saw me wearing it she asked if i was wanted leg warmers and a sleeveless sweatshirt. She's such a comedienne. But I digress. I know they work due to the amount of sweat they absorb - after a 40 minute session on the treadmill, I take it off and it weighs like 5 pounds. It's super gross, but shows how well it works. It really helps with keeping the sweat out of my eyes.

I purchased this 3-pack for the intended purpose of using it under a cap or bike helmet to prevent sweat from getting to the forehead rim of the cap or helmet. I had to give this 3 stars as 1 of the 3 items in the pack was defective. There was a large amount of loose thread that came off the stitching. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the defective item. The band works well and it absorbs the sweat when I work out. If you sweat profusely then, it may not absorb all your sweat. It will still prevent sweat from running in your eyes. The material is soft and is not too tight around the head. I think that the elasticity is just right. It feels soft and comfortable and the band is thin enough to wear under a cap or bike helmet. The lining inside is made of a soft, athletic mesh-like, dri-fit fabric that absorbs your sweat and feels gentle to the skin. I noticed also that after a work-out it also helps you cool down as it dampens with sweat and airs out. It cools you down as it becomes like a small cold towel on your head. If you want a sports head band that feels comfortable, that keeps sweat away from your eyes, that your can wear under your cap or helmet, this headband fits the bill.

My husband has been complaining of getting sweat in his eyes for months but would not buy a headband! I found these and read some of the reviews saying they were a bit loose and I knew, right away, that these would be perfect fit him since most hats fit him too tightly. He LOVES them!! He can wear it under his ball cap and they do a fantastic job stopping the sweat from dripping into his eye. They wash well too!!

I can't believe I haven't written about these yet!!?! I love these and wear them literally every day and I sweat a lot but am not a big man it's just hereditary any ways I even had some stuff added through cricuit and they are still fresh a year later, I workout with them and sweat galore but they hold up so well and I only wring my band out once or twice depending the workout but other than that it really holds up. I would recommend washing it prior to wearing them because this black dye thay you see if you rinse it and do not dry them in a dryer. I will definitely buy more I like them better than my Nike one tbh

Wasn’t tight enough or something keeps slipping off my head.. a lil bit tighter and it would prolly be perfect.. took one star off cuz of this but the product seems great and may be good for someone with a lil bit bigger head.. but still like it other than that it’s very comfortable to wear and keeps the sweat out of my eyes so it does what it claims to do

Kept my forehead cool during the recent hot weather. Needs constant re-wetting but that was to be expected in the heat.
