I bought this laptop because I needed a PC for work, specific programs, and also to play my PC game library. I would recommend this laptop for high school/college students or working professionals in offices. Overall Laptop Comments: The laptop has a solid metal build quality which feels great and isn't too heavy. The keyboard is tactile and comfortable to type with, and the added Numpad is useful for productivity. The trackpad is also very responsive and supports multi-touch gestures. The screen is matte, which helps reduce glare. The webcam is also serviceable in a pinch, but it's nothing spectacular. The battery life is pretty good for productivity as it'll last a few hours, but will drain fairly quickly if you start gaming on it. It comes with regular USB-A and USB-C ports, HDMI output, and micro-SD card slot. Productivity and Entertainment Performance: Microsoft Office runs phenomenally well, as you might expect on a PC with a powerful processor and 16 GB of RAM. Streaming videos on YouTube also works well, with 4K streams playing easily and smoothly (see video). The screen is decently bright and the speakers are alright, but aren't super bassy. I would recommend headphones or external speakers. Gaming Performance: I noted that I purchased this laptop to play my PC games. First off, GTA V runs on low graphical settings @ 1080p at around 30+ FPS. See the video for benchmarks. Minecraft also runs well @ 1080p low settings around 55 FPS. Also see the video for benchmarks. I also tried Rocket League, which runs extremely well, averaging 40FPS on high settings. Battlefield 4 also runs great at medium-high settings, averaging 40+ FPS. Hitman and the Batman Trilogy all run great. Overall, this is a great computer for light gaming, and I'm sure Overwatch, League of Legends, and CS:GO will all run well on this computer. That said, don't expect this laptop to play Cyberpunk 2077 on max settings or anything. In conclusion, if you're looking for a good computer to do office work or play some games, this laptop is great and worth consideration!

I ordered this AceMagic AX16 Pro laptop two months ago. The laptop was securely packaged in a box about the size of a small briefcase. I carefully removed the protective bag and the sheet between laptop screen and keyboard. Then I turned the power on. The initialization was easy and straightforward to set up the language, region, and keyborad, etc.It took me some time to navigate around and get used to know some new cool features. The laptop wireless connection supports wifi 6 which linked to my home wifi 5GHz band connection effortlessly. As soon as I connected to the internet, the Windows's updates started with the latest patches of Windows OS, antiVirus/Defender, and AMD drivers. The updates took a little longer than I expected, but no big deal. This laptop supports 3 regular USB ports, 1 HDMI port, and 1 USB Type C port. Surprisingly I noticed this laptop had a microSD slot as well. The touchpad was responsive with both left and right mouse buttons which is also highly configurable. The 16.1 inch large screen is my favorite.This laptop was equipped with 16GB DDR4 RAM memory and 512GB SSD hard drive which provided the excellent startup time and app loading experience. I love this keyboard. Not only does it offer the backlit functionality, it also comes with an extra number pad that usually we don't see on the other laptops. The side number pad is extremely important to me because I am expecting to spend most of my time to enter data while using this laptop. This laptop offered an amazing gaming experience I have ever enjoyed. I have installed games from my account. With an external mechanical keyboard, I ended up spending hours again on those games with no issue. The fan was quite and the laptop never got warm enough to impact the performance. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. It is a laptop that fits all the needs for my daily work tasks and gameplay.

Giving one star reviews if could give a zero i would because if you have effect product company selling oroduct and company who made it should help customer out... so basically the customer service doesn't back up product, ran imto issue with back screws coming out, started working with them before yr warranty was up, they never responded back, Amazon did help me I the beginning but agtetba yr with trying to get it fix, both stop helping, now I can't close the labtop, screen hinge is now pooping out the bottom of laptop and I had to add external Bluetooth, and wifi is now going out. I understand every ten products made you always have bad one. I was unfortunately got bad one. But with no support, from Amazon or company this laptop after yr dealing with this, i feel soon wifi will be goinh out and thoa will turn into $600 paper weight.. so I would think very hard about buying this product. Im going try one more time to see if I can get help from Amazon or company. If thongs change I will update my review. I hope this helps anyone looking to buy gaming laptop

It has excellent performance straight out of the package but I do seriously recommend upgrading your Rams and hard drive. The reason I gave it four out of five is because after upgrading the hard drive I had issues with some of the actual drivers like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The sound quality is another reason is getting a four out of five My cell phone is louder than this computer is so definitely take that into consideration if you're looking to purchase this computer. It was easy to set up straight out of the box.

Unlike most popular laptop brands, this laptop is not noisy at all, the bottom does not heat up no matter how many applications are open and running at the moment. The resolution is also great and you do not need to change the properties of the powerful 3D software programs installed on this laptop to work with them. The whole laptop is aluminum and well made, so you can easily replace the hard drive with a bigger one or change the RAM, unlike expensive branded plastic laptops that when you open the bottom cover the locking pins break and also if you overtighten the bolts the threads of the holes are destroyed, in many cases even the top surface of the laptop is punctured by them. This laptop surpasses most expensive popular brands in terms of quality and durability.

The business that showed me this laptop has a 3 year warranty policy. I wasn't sure if they were going to actually fulfill the warranty but when I called and I gave them all the details and I did everything that I was supposed to do the guy did. I've had a wonderful experience with these people and it's a great laptop.

I'm blind, so use this laptop for audio gaming only and almost always use headphones. The speakers aren't bad though. But I couldn't say how well it'd handle heavy gaming. This is the first laptop I've bought with a numpad, which I appreciate more than I expected to. The battery life is impressive and it's pretty quiet too. I've almost had it a month and am very glad I took a chance on it.

Get it on sale or not at all it struggles to run anything from the last 2 years and the bios is the most barebones locked excuse for a AMD bios not good not bad not worth 1500+
