I converted my recumbent trike to electric two years ago using a Bafang kit through Amazon. No issues with the kit and it's been trouble free. The kit is made for a bicycle, not a trike but it fits well except for having to extend the wiring harness to the speed sensor. The Bafang pedal arms may be better suited to a bicycle than a trike. The arms were very straight and 170mm in length. In order to clear the heel straps that are safety equipment on a Terra Trike, the pedals need to have a curve or arc to them. Alps2Ocean made such a product and work perfectly. I ordered 160mm arms because I sometimes have issues with heel strikes. Doing the math 10mm difference is only 1/4" shorter but that makes a huge difference. I am very pleased with these arms. For reasons I cannot explain they seem to reduce knee and ankle comfort as well. I'm a happy guy. The response time was great as they arrived the next day. Installation was easy as well. Kudos to Amazons AI which answered many of my questions before purchase.

This set served as a great replacement for crank arms on a road bike. The markings on the crank arms were useful, given the fact that the primary reason as to why I chose to purchase this product was because I foolishly cross-threaded an OEM pedal and crank arm during assembly. Installation was easy, and the price is reasonable for the quality.

The Wife needed a shorter stroke than the stock 170mm on the Schwinn 270 recumbent bike due to knee replacement physical therapy so bought the 89 mm set and they work great to increase flexion in the joint.

This product is as advertised. The branding on the back sides indicate they are from the same line as Tongsheng and Bafang middle motor ebike conversion kits. Please note that the right crank that come with middle motor kits usually do not have an offset as the right square/diamond taper is further from the bikes center than the left. As cranks are not like that they may result in a wider asymmetrical Q factor. This may cause comfort ,efficiency and pain issues. In my case a 16 mm pedal extender might correct the asymmetry at the expense of an even wider overall Q factor. Hopefully they will release right side cranks of of the same varying lengths with no offset.

So I bought one of those new high-power ebikes. It came with a throttle, a cadence sensor, and the worst pedal assist algorithm I've ever felt in my life. I took it for a super fun joyride on dirt at 25mph and laid it out flat when I hit a wet patch, which bent the heck out of the right crank arm. Turns out it came with 120mm crank arms, which are very hard to find, and out of stock at the OEM. So I went looking for literally just a place to put my feet. I found these, and I absolutely love them. I bough them at the 89mm size, though I'd buy them in 0mm if I could. They feel plenty strong, they have superb ground clearance (due to no chainring), and they perfectly fit my standard square taper bottom bracket and standard pedals. If you're looking for literally just somewhere to rest your feet that isn't proprietary nonsense, on your new throttle-equipped ebike, so you can ditch your chain and all the maintenance that comes with it, these'll do you just fine, and for cheap.

Mega stabil und wie beschrieben. Konnte damit mein Fat-Bike sehr gut reparieren. Ein externes Werkzeug zum Abziehen der Kurbel ist trotzdem nötig.
