I don’t usually put reviews but I had to for this one!I have I’ve been using these melatonin drops for about three weeks now, and I can honestly say they’ve made a difference in my sleep routine. I like that it’s in liquid form because I can control the exact dose. At times I just take half if I need a lighter effect. The taste is mild, not too sweet or artificial, which is a big plus since the ones I’ve tried in the past didn’t taste good which was one of the reasons I couldn’t continue them.Within about 20–30 minutes of taking it, I start feeling naturally drowsy instead of groggy, and I’ve been falling asleep faster.
