I've been using it for a few months now and the only issue I've ever had was my keyboard not being recognized when I started my Ally up. Only happened a few times and all it took to fix was unpluggging and plugging it back in.i give it two thumbs up

Nice dock that does everything advertised, the build quality could be better as the plastic feels a bit flimsy, but it works great. The one problem is that this dock does not properly fit the new Ally X. The new model has back buttons that are apparently closer to the middle than the original Ally. This causes the back rest of the dock to constantly depress one or both buttons, bringing up menus or other controls depending on context. You have to carefully position the device so that it does not trigger those buttons, and even the slightest movement will cause them to fire. They need a new model for the Ally X that leaves special grooves or depressions to accommodate the back triggers without activating them when the device is docked.
