Is this exclusively butter from cow milk? any oil, or thickening agent mixed in it? texture is very different from indian ghee.

Is this exclusively butter from cow milk? any oil, or thickening agent mixed in it? texture is very different from indian ghee.

This Ghee is made with a single ingredient Grade AA butter from cows milk procured locally in the USA. This product has no added colors , preservatives or flavors and is pure ghee.

Is this grass fed ghee butter? Thanks

There is nothing noted on the bottle indicating grass fed. There are no preservatives added. Great flavor, perfect for cooking at a large range of temperatures.
