Initially out of the box this humidifier was great. However, after a couple of days it wasn’t working as intended. It works well for the first couple of minutes then water pools at the top and the spout making the mist unable to spray. I have to keep wiping off the top for it to work. I reached out to customer support about this issue. I was told this happens when using distilled water. They advised me to use tap water instead. I used their advice, but it didn’t fix my problem. Edit: The manufacturer promptly addressed my concerns and was very kind with the return process. They first helped me try to troubleshoot the item and kindly explained the instructions on how to do so. I repurchased a new item after the refund and it’s working well! It’s been about 2 months and no problems yet!

I bought this item months ago and didn't use it until recently. I followed instruction and the item worked fine for 1 time. (About 7 hr.) The 2nd day I refilled water, charge the humidifier, it turned on for only 1 sec and followed by 3 flashing red light, then turned off automatically. The instruction paper said this would indicate low water level and the unit would auto shot off. However, it has full water. I didn't expect this item to stop working after 1 use. Bad quality.

This humidifier fits perfectly in the drink holder of my car. It has two settings. The first is a continuous mist. The second is a three second pause between three spurts of mist (the directions are a little bit confusing, but don't give up!). The three mist feature automatically shuts down if it doesn't detect movement. As soon as you open the car doors or there is any movement, it will restart--which saves on needing to refill. I've been using it for three days so far, and the water hasn't gone down at all. I highly recommend this product!

Update: The seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The seller has been great!! So far, the replacement has been working much better! I can tell from the first push of the button that it pushes better than the one on my last humidifier. So hopefully, the button won’t break this time and the humidifier will last a long time. I really like this humidifier. It’s very small which works well for traveling and despite its size, it covers a large area. I can’t seem to find a way to contact the seller to see about getting a replacement. It’s past my return timeframe as I’ve had this humidifier for two months. My intent is to use it as a travel humidifier. However, upon my second use, the button broke and fell inside the humidifier. I do keep the humidifier in its box when not in use. Aside from it breaking so quickly, I like that the humidifier is very small, even smaller than expected. It seems to work well, until it broke. I was surprised how well it worked, actually. It covered the room pretty well. I would love to get another one to give it another try. If I can get a replacement and it lasts longer, I will increase my rating. For now, I give it 2 stars.

Fantastic and has other uses....

Loved using it in my car. I took it inside every night to ensure it wouldn't freeze up. Suddenly stopped working. Charged different chargers, etc. Dead. Worked for less than a month. UPDATE: Company refunded the purchase. Not sure if mine was a one-off defect or not, but at least the company was willing to make the customer whole. Suspect bad battery; unfortunate the product design does not accommodate replacing the battery.

Initially this was a great cool mist humidifier. We used it in our camper and in the car when recovering from an illness. The charge lasted the full 8 hours when set on the intermittent setting. I had not used it for about two weeks when it was needed again. It worked for two nights on battery. Last night after fully charging the battery it worked on battery for about 2 minutes then stopped. I didn’t think it would operate forever but working for only a month is too short of a time for the money. Does the company stand behind this product?

My kids will easily get blood nose on a long car trip so I purchased before a 4 days car trip,It only worked for one time few hours in the car for us not sure what happened so I returned it after get back. I feel like it helped a bit but I will get a much better quality one next time for sure.

The quality feels good. I had the same issue as others, it worked well in the beginning. Then it stopped working after 3 weeks unless it was plugged in on charging mode, which totally defeats the purpose of it being a travel/portable diffuser. I will be getting a refund. Don't waste your money on this product.
