Smart solution to heat the home during winter. I haven't had the chance to try that function but it seems to work very well as an additional lint trap. Installation was very straight forward. Hard plastic casing easy to handle than the steel ones. I'll see how long this will last.

Doesn’t function properly
Installed as an in-line filter before a finer lint catch/filter. Even with it arranged to catch lint only, it blows the door/catch off over and over again. Tried it in “winter mode” to allow humid air into house, and can’t get through a single laundry cycle without the front face/filter blowing out. It’s brand new and I want to remove it completely because it’s the only problem in the setup.
